He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,

You must not worship or serve them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God. I punish the sons, grandsons, and great-grandsons for the sin of the fathers who reject me,but I show covenant faithfulness to the thousands who choose me and keep my commandments.

You show unfailing love to thousands. But you also punish children for the sins of their parents. You are the great and powerful God who is known as the LORD who rules over all.

But you are willing to forgive, so that you might be honored.

But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous, forgiving us our sins and cleansing us from all unrighteousness.

The LORD is a zealous and avenging God; the LORD is avenging and very angry. Then I said,“ Please, O LORD God of heaven, great and awesome God, who keeps his loving covenant with those who love him and obey his commandments,

Joshua warned the people,“ You will not keep worshiping the LORD, for he is a holy God. He is a jealous God who will not forgive your rebellion or your sins.

The LORD approves of the godly, but he hates the wicked and those who love to do violence.May the LORD rain down burning coals and brimstone on the wicked! A whirlwind is what they deserve!

Or do you have contempt for the wealth of his kindness, forbearance, and patience, and yet do not know that God’s kindness leads you to repentance?But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed!He will reward each one according to his works:eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality,but wrath and anger to those who live in selfish ambition and do not obey the truth but follow unrighteousness.There will be affliction and distress on everyone who does evil, on the Jew first and also the Greek,

I will get revenge and pay them back at the time their foot slips; for the day of their disaster is near, and the impending judgment is rushing upon them!”

No one can withstand his indignation! No one can resist his fierce anger! His wrath is poured out like volcanic fire, boulders are broken up as he approaches.

But what if God, willing to demonstrate his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience the objects of wrath prepared for destruction?And what if he is willing to make known the wealth of his glory on the objects of mercy that he has prepared beforehand for glory–

Take heed because of him, and obey his voice; do not rebel against him, for he will not pardon your transgressions, for my name is in him.

Tell me! Present the evidence! Let them consult with one another! Who predicted this in the past? Who announced it beforehand? Was it not I, the LORD? I have no peer, there is no God but me, a God who vindicates and delivers; there is none but me.

Then his lord called the first slave and said to him,‘ Evil slave! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me!Should you not have shown mercy to your fellow slave, just as I showed it to you?’And in anger his lord turned him over to the prison guards to torture him until he repaid all he owed.So also my heavenly Father will do to you, if each of you does not forgive your brother from your heart.”

If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, that person was thrown into the lake of fire.

and tossed Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea, for his loyal love endures,

The godly will rejoice when they see vengeance carried out; they will bathe their feet in the blood of the wicked.Then observers will say,“ Yes indeed, the godly are rewarded! Yes indeed, there is a God who judges in the earth!”

Then Jesus said to her,“ Your sins are forgiven.”

The LORD revealed himself; he accomplished justice; the wicked were ensnared by their own actions.( Higgaion. Selah)The wicked are turned back and sent to Sheol; this is the destiny of all the nations that ignore God,

But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”

When they could not pay, he canceled the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?”

There is no other God like you! You forgive sin and pardon the rebellion of those who remain among your people. You do not remain angry forever, but delight in showing loyal love.

God exalted him to his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

to the one who struck down the firstborn of Egypt, for his loyal love endures,

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this one forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

“ For if you forgive others their sins, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.But if you do not forgive others, your Father will not forgive you your sins.

For this reason I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
