勿與居民立約、恐彼狥欲、從其上帝而獻祭、遂招爾曹共食祭物。

“ Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices.

乃民不聽從、狥欲從他上帝、而伏拜之、其祖在昔惟耶和華命是遵、及至斯民違道甚速。

謂摩西曰、爾必返本、斯民既詣斯土、必遺棄我、背我所立之約、狥己私欲、從異邦人之上帝。

摩押女祭其上帝、請以色列族至、遂食祭品、共相崇拜、

諭食祭偶像之物、吾知宇宙間、無有主偶像者、亦知上帝獨一無他、

斯民也、宗事巴力比耳、奉祀亡者、食其祭品兮、

有不信主者宴爾、爾欲往、所陳者勿問而食、問則心疑、

彼知未至、見爾有知、席坐偶像之廟、不亦敢食祭偶像之物乎、

勿再狥欲、祭諸魑魅、著為永例、歷世勿替。

爾所往之地、勿與其民立約、恐陷爾於坎阱。

眾人未知此、至今數人、謂有主偶像者、遂食厥祭物、是其知未至、故若浼焉、

我必罰之、及其眷聚、凡縱私欲奉摩洛、效彼為非者、絕之民中。憑於卜神、而為巫覡。有狥欲以從者、我必罰之、絕於民中。

爾觀其絡、可憶我誡、遵循勿失、

蓋異邦人所祭者、非祭上帝、乃祭諸鬼、我不欲爾與鬼交、爾既飲主之杯、則不可飲鬼之杯、爾既共主之席、則不可共鬼之席、

耶和華曰、吾今立約、將行異跡於爾民前、自昔以來、天下兆民、未之見也。四周之民、見我行是、恐懼特甚。

七天使執鼎、其一語我曰、來、我以坐水上之大淫婦、將受之刑示爾、世上諸王、與婦行淫、天下億兆、飲其淫亂之酒、遂致沉湎、吾感於聖神時、天使攜我適野、見一婦乘絳獸、首七角十、遍書僭號於體、婦衣紅絳、飾金玉珠璣、執金斝、盛可憎淫穢於中、書奧名於顙云、巴比倫大邑、世之淫婦、與可憎者之母、

遠離爾者必亡、縱私欲、不爾順者、必滅兮、

我民縱欲、棄我上帝、厥心昏昧、問偶像、卜以籤、望其應對、

彼宜用犢、牡綿羊、綿羊羔、為燔祭、奉事天上上帝、亦用麥鹽油酒、應耶路撒冷祭司所求、爾必供給、日恆不絕。

爾有可責數事、有婦耶洗別、冒稱先知、誘我僕眾行淫、食祭偶之物、爾竟容之、

毋與其人立約、毋事其上帝。

先知曰、以色列族毋庸欣喜、同於異邦人、蓋爾曹狥欲、違逆上帝、在彼穀場、望人投贈、

爾之上帝耶和華既以之付爾、則爾勿姑縱、必攻擊之、殲滅之、勿與立約。
