我遣使於爾前、驅迦南人、亞摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人、

我儕若守我上帝耶和華所諭之誡命、而遵行之、是即我之義也、迨爾上帝耶和華、導爾入所往據之地、驅逐諸族、即赫人、革迦撒人、亞摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人、此七族較爾強大、

當日耶和華與亞伯蘭約、曰、我以斯土、賜爾苗裔、自埃及河、至伯拉大河、即基尼、基尼洗、甲摩尼、赫、比利洗、利乏音、亞摩利、迦南、革迦撒、耶布斯諸族之地、

我已言之、必導爾出埃及之苦、至流乳與蜜之地、即迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人之境、

爾上帝耶和華既驅逐之、爾勿意謂因我有義、故耶和華導我入據斯土、實因斯族之惡、而驅逐之、爾之入據其地、非為爾義、及心之正、乃爾上帝耶和華因斯族之惡、而驅逐之、以踐所誓爾祖亞伯拉罕以撒雅各之言、

今我降臨、以拯之於埃及人手、導出其境、以至膏腴寬廣、流乳與蜜之地、即迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人之境、

以色列歟、爾其聽之、謹守遵行、致可納福昌熾、於彼流乳與蜜之地、如爾祖之上帝耶和華所許爾者、○

故爾上帝耶和華所命爾者、爾當謹守遵行、勿偏於左、勿偏於右、

我所命爾之言、當聽而守之、致行爾上帝耶和華所視為善為正者、而享福祉、爰及子孫、歷世靡暨、○

有我誡而守之者、即愛我、愛我者、必見愛於我父、我亦愛之、且以己顯示之、

教之守我所命者、且我日偕爾至世末焉、

凡我所諭爾者、爾必謹守遵行、毋增毋減、

以色列人歟、我今教爾遵守之典章律例、宜聽從之以得生、爾祖之上帝耶和華賜爾之地、可入而承之、我所諭爾之言、不可增、亦不可減、惟遵爾上帝耶和華之誡命、我所諭爾者、

我今以其典章誡命諭爾、爾當遵守、則爾與子孫、皆可得福、亦可延年、於爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、○

即爾所目睹之試鍊、異蹟、奇事、能手、奮臂、爾上帝耶和華用以導爾出者、爾所懼之諸族、爾上帝耶和華亦必如是待之、

如爾聽從爾上帝耶和華之言、遵行其誡、我今日所諭爾者、則爾上帝耶和華必舉爾升高、超乎天下萬民、
