摩西进入会幕后，便有云柱降下来，停在会幕门口，耶和华就跟摩西说话。

As Moses went into the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and stay at the entrance, while the Lord spoke with Moses.

谁也不可与你同来，整座山上都不可有人，就是牛羊也不得在山前吃草。”

耶和华跟亚伯拉罕说完话便离开了，亚伯拉罕也回家去了。

耶和华走在他们前面，白天用云柱为他们指示道路，晚上用火柱照亮他们，这样他们可以日夜赶路。白天的云柱和晚上的火柱从不离开他们。

上帝说完以后，便离开亚伯拉罕上升而去。

在会幕内，耶和华跟摩西面对面说话，好像两个朋友谈话一样。然后，摩西返回营中，但他的年轻助手、嫩的儿子约书亚仍然留在会幕。

我就在那里跟你会面，从两个基路伯天使中间的施恩座上，把要传给以色列百姓的一切诫命告诉你。

说：“主啊，如果我在你面前蒙了恩，求你与我们同行。虽然百姓顽固不化，求你赦免我们的过犯和罪恶，接纳我们做你的子民。”

我要在那里降临，对你说话，把降在你身上的灵也赐给他们，让他们为你分担管理民众的责任，免得你独自承担。

在那里，耶和华的手按在我身上，对我说：“你起来前往平原，我要在那里对你说话。”
