Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the“ tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.

會幕前我必涖臨、與爾晤言、故當於此燔祭、歷代勿替。我必涖臨、與以色列族晤對、顯著榮光、成聖其地、

昔祭司長、殺牲以贖罪、攜血入聖所、焚牲於營外、耶穌則以己血贖民罪而郭外受苦、吾當遠離營壘、以就耶穌、亦受詬誶如彼焉、

然在遠方、爾如一心一意、求爾上帝耶和華、亦可得之、

如有生育、我必使之短折、不得成人、我遐棄斯民、禍必不遠、

耶和華遐棄惡人、惟聽義者之祈。

大闢在位之時年饑、歷三載、大闢諮諏於耶和華。耶和華曰、緣掃羅及其全家、殘忍是行嘗殺基遍人。

主耶和華兮、爾鑒察之、莫予不聽、毋予遐棄兮。

先知曰、耶和華離民不遠、將加眷顧、爾當乘時祈求。作惡者流、當改其行、寢其謀、歸誠耶和華我之上帝、蓋彼矜恤為懷、必赦宥之。

求則爾與、尋則遇之、叩門則啟之、凡求者得也、尋者遇也、叩門者啟也、

實為爾罪已深、故上帝隔絕爾、不垂顧爾、不俯聽爾。

求主恩澤、爾所命兮、余憶斯命而爾求兮、

何患難時、耶和華遙立、弗眷顧兮、
