Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the“ tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.

這要在耶和華面前，在會幕的門口，作為你們世世代代經常獻的燔祭。我要在那裏與你們相會，和你說話。我要在那裏與以色列人相會，會幕就要因我的榮耀成為聖。

因為牲畜的血被大祭司帶入至聖所作贖罪祭，牲畜的體卻在營外燒掉。所以，耶穌也在城門外受苦，為要用自己的血使百姓成聖。這樣，我們也當走出營外，到他那裏去，忍受他所受的凌辱。

你們在那裏必尋求耶和華－你的神。你若盡心盡性尋求他，就必尋見。

他們縱然將兒女養大，我卻要使他們喪子，一個也不留。我離棄他們，他們就有禍了。

耶和華遠離惡人，卻聽義人的祈禱。

大衛在位年間有饑荒，一連三年，大衛求問耶和華，耶和華說：「掃羅和他家犯了流人血之罪，因為他殺死了基遍人。」

耶和華啊，你已經看見了，求你不要沉默！主啊，求你不要遠離我！

當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找他，在他接近的時候求告他。惡人當離棄自己的道路，不義的人應除掉自己的意念。歸向耶和華，耶和華就必憐憫他；當歸向我們的神，因為他必廣行赦免。

「你們祈求，就給你們；尋找，就找到；叩門，就給你們開門。因為凡祈求的，就得着；尋找的，就找到；叩門的，就給他開門。

但你們的罪孽使你們與神隔絕，你們的罪惡使他轉臉不聽你們。

你說：「你們當尋求我的面。」那時我的心向你說：「耶和華啊，你的面我正要尋求。」

耶和華啊，你為甚麼站在遠處？在患難的時候為甚麼隱藏？
