Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the“ tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.

这要作你们世世代代常献的燔祭，献在会幕的门口，耶和华的面前，我要在那里与你们相会，在那里和你们说话。我要在那里与以色列人相会，会幕就会因我的荣耀被尊为圣。

那些祭牲的血，由大祭司带进圣所作赎罪祭，祭牲的身体却要在营外焚烧。所以耶稣也是这样在城门外受苦，为的是要藉着自己的血使人民成圣。那么，让我们也出到营外到他那里去，担当他的凌辱。

但你们在那里必寻求耶和华你的神；如果你一心一意寻找他，就必寻见。

即使他们把儿女养大，我也必使他们丧子，一个不留。我离弃他们的时候，他们就有祸了。”

耶和华远离恶人，却垂听义人的祷告。

大卫在位的日子，有连续三年的饥荒；大卫就寻求耶和华的面。耶和华说：“这是因为扫罗和扫罗家流人血的罪，因为他曾经杀死了基遍人。”

耶和华啊！你已经看见了，求你不要缄默；主啊！求你不要远离我。

你们要趁着耶和华可以寻找的时候，寻找他，趁着他靠近的时候，呼求他。恶人要离弃自己的道路，不义的人当除去自己的意念，回转过来归向耶和华，耶和华就必怜悯他。你们当回转过来归向我们的神，因为他大大赦免人的罪。

“你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。因为凡祈求的就得着，寻找的就寻见，叩门的就给他开门。

而是你们的罪孽使你们与你们的神隔绝；你们的罪恶使他掩面不顾你们，不听你们的祷告。

你说：“你们要寻求我的面！”那时我的心对你说：“耶和华啊！你的面我正要寻求。”

耶和华啊！你为什么远远地站着？在患难的时候，你为什么隐藏起来呢？
