Moses said to Aaron,“ What did this people do to you, that you have brought on them so great a sin?”

摩西对亚伦说：“这些百姓对你做了什么？你竟使他们陷入大罪中！”

摩西对亚伦说：“这人民向你作了什么，你竟使他们陷在大罪里呢？”

摩西對亞倫說：「這百姓向你做了甚麼？你竟使他們陷在大罪裏！」

摩西對亞倫說：「這百姓向你做了甚麼呢？你竟使他們陷入大罪中！」

摩西對亞倫說：「這百姓向你做了甚麼呢？你竟使他們陷入大罪中！」

摩西對亞倫說：「這些百姓對你做了什麼？你竟使他們陷入大罪中！」

摩西對亞倫說：“這人民向你作了甚麼，你竟使他們陷在大罪裡呢？”

摩西對亞倫說：『這人民向你作了甚麼，你竟使他們陷於大罪呀？』

謂亞倫曰、斯民於爾何為、使陷重罪、

謂亞倫曰、斯民何負於爾、使陷重罪。

摩西謂亞倫曰、斯民於爾何為、竟使之陷於重罪、

He said to Aaron,“ What did these people do to you, that you led them into such great sin?”

He said to Aaron,“ What did these people do to you? How did they make you lead them into such terrible sin?”

And Moses said to Aaron,“ What did this people do to you that you have brought such a great sin upon them?”

Finally, he turned to Aaron and demanded,“ What did these people do to you to make you bring such terrible sin upon them?”

Then Moses asked Aaron,“ What did these people do to you that you have led them into such a grave sin?”

Then Moses said to Aaron,“ What did this people do to you, that you have brought such a great sin upon them?”

And Moses said to Aaron,“ What did this people do to you that you have brought so great a sin upon them?”

And Moses said unto Aaron, What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought a great sin upon them?

Then Moses asked Aaron,“ What did these people do to you that you have led them into such a grave sin?”

And Moses said unto Aaron, What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them?

Moses said to Aaron,“ What did these people do to you, that you have brought a great sin on them?”

Abimelech summoned Abraham and said to him,“ What have you done to us? What sin did I commit against you that would cause you to bring such great guilt on me and my kingdom? You have done things to me that should not be done!”

He will hand Israel over to their enemies because of the sins which Jeroboam committed and which he made Israel commit.”

Then Abimelech exclaimed,“ What in the world have you done to us? One of the men might easily have had sexual relations with your wife, and you would have brought guilt on us!”

So Joshua said to Achan,“ My son, honor the LORD God of Israel and give him praise! Tell me what you did; don’t hide anything from me!”Achan told Joshua,“ It is true. I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel in this way:I saw among the goods we seized a nice robe from Babylon, two hundred silver pieces, and a bar of gold weighing fifty shekels. I wanted them, so I took them. They are hidden in the ground right in the middle of my tent with the silver underneath.”Joshua sent messengers who ran to the tent. The things were hidden right in his tent, with the silver underneath.They took it all from the middle of the tent, brought it to Joshua and all the Israelites, and placed it before the LORD.Then Joshua and all Israel took Achan, son of Zerah, along with the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, daughters, ox, donkey, sheep, tent, and all that belonged to him and brought them up to the Valley of Disaster.Joshua said,“ Why have you brought disaster on us? The LORD will bring disaster on you today!” All Israel stoned him to death.( They also stoned and burned the others.)Then they erected over him a large pile of stones( it remains to this very day) and the LORD’s anger subsided. So that place is called the Valley of Disaster to this very day.

Suppose your own full brother, your son, your daughter, your beloved wife, or your closest friend should seduce you secretly and encourage you to go and serve other gods that neither you nor your ancestors have previously known,the gods of the surrounding people( whether near you or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other).You must not give in to him or even listen to him; do not feel sympathy for him or spare him or cover up for him.

I will make your dynasty like those of Jeroboam son of Nebat and Baasha son of Ahijah because you angered me and made Israel sin.’

So let my lord the king now listen to the words of his servant. If the LORD has incited you against me, may he take delight in an offering. But if men have instigated this, may they be cursed before the LORD! For they have driven me away this day from being united with the LORD’s inheritance, saying,‘ Go on, serve other gods!’

But they did not obey, and Manasseh misled them so that they sinned more than the nations whom the LORD had destroyed from before the Israelites.So the LORD announced through his servants the prophets:“ King Manasseh of Judah has committed horrible sins. He has sinned more than the Amorites before him and has encouraged Judah to sin by worshiping his disgusting idols.
