When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain.

As Moses approached the camp, he saw the calf. He also saw the people dancing. So he was very angry. He threw the tablets out of his hands. They broke into pieces at the foot of the mountain.

And as soon as he came near the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, Moses’ anger burned hot, and he threw the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.

When they came near the camp, Moses saw the calf and the dancing, and he burned with anger. He threw the stone tablets to the ground, smashing them at the foot of the mountain.

我見爾、於爾上帝耶和華所示之道、違之甚速、鑄像如犢。我擲二碑、毀於爾前。

又曰、不恆遵律法所載而行之者、當服咒詛、民必群應曰、固心所願。

我又有杖、厥名維繫、我遂折之、為猶大以色列二族絕交之徵。

昔我佑厥祖導出埃及、與之立約為彼所爽、我擯之弗顧、今復立約、必不若是。

摩西於其上帝耶和華前、求之曰、昔爾以巨能大力、導斯民出埃及、今何怒之甚烈乎、

怒不可過、勿藏怒至日沒時、

耶穌不悅曰、容孩提就我、勿禁、蓋有上帝國者、正如是人也、

大闢衣枲公服、舞蹈於耶和華前、竭力以為。

然我語爾、無故怒兄弟者、難免乎刑官、詈兄弟曰拉加者、難免乎公會、詈兄弟曰魔利者、難免乎地獄之火、

心不欣喜、昔則踴躍、今則悲歌兮。

耶穌怒目圜視、以眾心忍、憂之、語其人曰、伸手、伸即愈、如他手、

先知婦亞倫姊米哩暗、手執鼗、諸女亦執鼗相從、舞蹈而出。

昔我有杖、厥名恩寵、今折斯杖、為毀民約之徵、當斯時也、斯杖已折、從我之羊、已遭困苦、則知所言確然、耶和華之命不虛、

摩西秉性溫柔、勝於天下。

亞倫受之、鎔鑄其金、刀刻為犢、有稱之者曰、以色列族乎、導爾出埃及之上帝、即此。亞倫見之、築壇其前、示眾曰、詰旦節期、奉事耶和華。夙興燔牲獻祭、亦獻酬恩之祭、民坐而飲食、起而舞蹈、○
