When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain.

As Moses approached the camp, he saw the calf. He also saw the people dancing. So he was very angry. He threw the tablets out of his hands. They broke into pieces at the foot of the mountain.

And as soon as he came near the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, Moses’ anger burned hot, and he threw the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.

When they came near the camp, Moses saw the calf and the dancing, and he burned with anger. He threw the stone tablets to the ground, smashing them at the foot of the mountain.

我一看，見你們犯罪得罪了永恆主你們的上帝，很快地偏離了永恆主所吩咐你們走的道路。我把那兩塊版一抓緊，就從我兩手中給扔去，便在你們眼前給摔碎了。

『「不堅信這律法的話而遵行的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」

我又折斷我的第二根棍杖「聯繫和諧」，表示要廢棄猶大和以色列之間的弟兄情誼。

不像我拉着他們祖宗的手、領他們出埃及地的日子、跟他們立的約那樣：我雖做他們的夫君，他們卻違犯了我的約：永恆主發神諭說。

摩西便求永恆主他的上帝的情面，說：『永恆主啊，你為甚麼向你的人民發怒呢？這人民是你用大能用大力的手從埃及地領出來的呀！

你們發怒，別犯罪了；別在日頭落時還在激怒了；

耶穌看見就惱怒，對他們說：『容許小孩子來找我，別禁止他們了；因為上帝的國正是這樣的人的。

大衛在永恆主面前極力跳旋轉舞；大衛是束着細麻布聖裲襠的。

但是我告訴你們：凡向弟兄發怒的，必須擔受判罰；凡罵弟兄為「飯桶」的，必須擔受議院的判罰；凡罵弟兄為「傻瓜」的，必須擔受地獄的火。

我們心裏快樂都止息了，我們的舞蹈變為悲哀。

耶穌氣忿忿地周圍看着他們，因了他們心之頑梗而惻然憂愁，就對那人說：『伸出手來。』他一伸，他的手就復了原。

亞倫的姐姐、女神言人米利暗、手裏拿着手鼓，眾婦女也跟着她出去，拿着手鼓在舞蹈。

我把我的棍杖、「溫和愉快」、折斷了，表示要廢棄我的約、就是我跟萬族之民所立的。就在那一天那約就廢棄了；這樣、那些販賣羣羊的人、就是那些觀看我的、就知道所說的是永恆主的話了。

摩西其人極為謙和，勝過地上萬人。

亞倫從他們手裏接過來，用雕刻的器具雕造它，作成一隻鑄像的牛犢；他們就說：『以色列啊，這就是你們的神、那領你們從埃及地上來的！』亞倫看見，就在牛犢面前築了一座祭壇；又宣告說：明天要過節來事奉永恆主。第二天、他們清早起來，就獻上燔祭，帶平安祭上前去；人民又坐下去喫喝，起來嬉戲作樂。
