故當守安息日、以為聖日、凡凟之者、殺無赦、操作於是日者、必絕於民中、

“‘ Observe the Sabbath, because it is holy to you. Anyone who desecrates it is to be put to death; those who do any work on that day must be cut off from their people.

“‘ Keep the Sabbath day. It is holy to you. Those who misuse it must be put to death. Those who do any work on that day must be separated from their people.

You shall keep the Sabbath, because it is holy for you. Everyone who profanes it shall be put to death. Whoever does any work on it, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

六日間、宜操作、越至七日、乃為聖日、當守為耶和華之安息、是日操作者、殺無赦、爾第宅中、安息日毋舉火、○

以色列族居野時、遇人於安息日採薪、攜之至摩西亞倫及會眾前、囚之於獄、因未定擬何以處之、耶和華諭摩西曰、其人必殺勿赦、會眾當於營外擊之以石、遂攜出營外、以石擊斃之、遵耶和華所諭摩西之命、○

亦以我安息日賜之、在我與彼之間為徵、俾知我耶和華使之成聖、惟以色列家在曠野、悖逆乎我、不循我典章、棄我律例、人若遵行、則緣之得生、且犯我安息日特甚、我則曰、必在曠野、傾我怒以滅之、

惟其子女背我、不循我典章、不從我律例、人若遵行、則緣之得生、且犯我安息日、我則曰、必在曠野傾我怒、盡洩我忿於其身、

因其不遵我律例、違棄我典章、犯我安息日、注目厥父之偶像、

示知安息聖日、又藉爾僕摩西、以誡命典章法律諭之、

有訟事必審鞫、按我律而斷之、在我諸節期、必守我法律典章、亦守我安息日為聖、

當誌安息日、守之為聖、

守安息而不褻慢、禁己手而不作惡、行此而堅執之、其人福矣、附耶和華之異邦人、勿曰耶和華必別我於其民、閹者勿曰我乃枯木、蓋耶和華曰、凡為閹者、守我安息、擇我所悅、守我盟約、在我室中、於我垣內、我將賜彼記誌、俾有名譽、較有子女為尤愈、且錫以永名、終不滅絕、附耶和華之異邦人、供其役事、敬愛耶和華名、為之臣僕、守安息而不褻慢、堅守其盟約、

當守安息日、以為聖日、遵爾上帝耶和華所命、六日間、宜勤勞、作爾庶務、惟七日、乃爾上帝耶和華之安息、是日爾與子女、僕婢牛驢、暨諸牲畜、及寓爾家之遠人、皆毋操作、使爾僕婢休憩、與爾無異、當憶昔在埃及、服役於人、爾上帝耶和華以能手奮臂、導爾出之、故命爾守安息日、○

蓋彼棄我律例、違我典章、犯我安息日、狥欲於偶像、

如爾於我安息聖日、防閑爾足、稱為可喜可尊、於耶和華之聖日、不行己道、不營己事、不出虛言、則必緣耶和華而樂、我將使爾駕行地之高處、俾享爾祖雅各之業、耶和華口言之矣、
