You shall put it before the veil that is by the ark of the covenant, before the mercy seat that is over the covenant, where I will meet with you.

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的施恩座，就是我要與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的櫃蓋，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的櫃蓋，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把香壇放在約櫃前幔子的外面，對著約櫃上的施恩座——就是我要跟你會面的地方。

你要把壇放在法櫃前面的幔幕前，面對著法櫃上的施恩座，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在帷帳前面、對着裏面的法櫃、在法櫃上的除罪蓋前面；那蓋就是我要和你相會的地方。

置壇於法匱旁之㡘外、法版之上、施恩座前、我將臨汝之處、

於法匱簾外、施恩所前、我涖臨之處、必置其壇。

當以臺置於掩法匱之幔前、與法匱上之贖罪蓋、即我降臨諭爾之所相對、

Put the altar in front of the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law— before the atonement cover that is over the tablets of the covenant law— where I will meet with you.

Put the altar in front of the curtain that hangs in front of the ark. The ark is where the tablets of the covenant law are kept. The ark will have a cover. It will be the place where sin is paid for. There I will meet with you.

And you shall put it in front of the veil that is above the ark of the testimony, in front of the mercy seat that is above the testimony, where I will meet with you.

Place the incense altar just outside the inner curtain that shields the Ark of the Covenant, in front of the Ark’s cover— the place of atonement— that covers the tablets inscribed with the terms of the covenant. I will meet with you there.

“ You are to place the altar in front of the curtain by the ark of the testimony— in front of the mercy seat that is over the testimony— where I will meet with you.

You shall put this altar in front of the veil that is near the ark of the testimony, in front of the atoning cover that is over the ark of the testimony, where I will meet with you.

And you shall put it before the veil that is before the ark of the Testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the Testimony, where I will meet with you.

And thou shalt put it before the veil that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy- seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

“ You are to place the altar in front of the veil by the ark of the testimony— in front of the mercy seat that is over the testimony— where I will meet with you.

And thou shalt put it before the vail that[ is] by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that[ is] over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

“ You are to put it in front of the curtain that is before the ark of the testimony( before the atonement lid that is over the testimony), where I will meet you.

You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the covenant that I will give you.There I will meet with you, and I will tell you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the covenant, all that I command you for the children of Israel.

You shall beat some of it very small, and put some of it before the covenant in the Tent of Meeting, where I will meet with you. It shall be to you most holy.

Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split.

You shall lay them up in the Tent of Meeting before the covenant, where I meet with you.

Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need.

Then David gave to Solomon his son the plans for the porch of the temple, for its houses, for its treasuries, for its upper rooms, for its inner rooms, for the place of the mercy seat;

After the second veil was the tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies,having a golden altar of incense, and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which was a golden pot holding the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant;and above it cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat, of which things we can’t speak now in detail.

You shall put the ark of the covenant in it, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.

You shall set the golden altar for incense before the ark of the covenant, and put the screen of the door to the tabernacle.

“ You shall make a veil of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, with cherubim. It shall be the work of a skillful workman.You shall hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, on four sockets of silver.You shall hang up the veil under the clasps, and shall bring the ark of the covenant in there within the veil. The veil shall separate the holy place from the most holy for you.You shall put the mercy seat on the ark of the covenant in the most holy place.You shall set the table outside the veil, and the lamp stand opposite the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south. You shall put the table on the north side.

He put the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting before the veil;

It shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the Tent of Meeting before Yahweh, where I will meet with you, to speak there to you.There I will meet with the children of Israel; and the place shall be sanctified by my glory.

He shall put the incense on the fire before Yahweh, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the covenant, so that he will not die.
