Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Get some sweet- smelling spices. Get some gum resin, onycha and galbanum. Also get some pure frankincense. Make sure everything is in equal amounts.

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Take fragrant spices— gum resin, onycha and galbanum— and pure frankincense, all in equal amounts,

The Lord said to Moses,“ Take sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum, sweet spices with pure frankincense( of each shall there be an equal part),

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Gather fragrant spices— resin droplets, mollusk shell, and galbanum— and mix these fragrant spices with pure frankincense, weighed out in equal amounts.

The LORD said to Moses,“ Take fragrant spices: stacte, onycha, and galbanum; the spices and pure frankincense are to be in equal measures.

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Take for yourself spices— stacte, onycha, and galbanum, spices and pure frankincense; there shall be an equal part of each.

And the Lord said to Moses:“ Take sweet spices, stacte and onycha and galbanum, and pure frankincense with these sweet spices; there shall be equal amounts of each.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight;

The Lord said to Moses:“ Take fragrant spices: stacte, onycha, and galbanum; the spices and pure frankincense are to be in equal measures.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum;[ these] sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like[ weight]:

The LORD said to Moses:“ Take spices, gum resin, onycha, galbanum, and pure frankincense of equal amounts

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Take to yourself sweet spices, gum resin, onycha, and galbanum; sweet spices with pure frankincense. There shall be an equal weight of each.

Put olive oil and incense on the grain. It is a grain offering.

They also made the sacred anointing oil and the pure, sweet- smelling incense. A person who makes perfume made them.

He had also provided a large room for Tobiah. It had been used to store the grain offerings. The incense and the objects for the temple had been put there. And a tenth of the grain, olive oil and fresh wine had been kept there. That’s what the Law required for the Levites. That’s also what it required for the musicians and the men who guarded the temple gates. The gifts for the priests had been kept there too.

“‘ Suppose anyone brings a grain offering to the Lord. Then their offering must be made out of the finest flour. They must pour olive oil on it. They must also put incense on it.

“ Get some fine spices. Get 12 pounds eight ounces of liquid myrrh. Get six pounds four ounces of sweet- smelling cinnamon and the same amount of sweet- smelling calamus.

“ Who is this man coming up from the desert like a column of smoke? He smells like myrrh and incense made from all the spices of the trader.

The Wise Men went to the house. There they saw the child with his mother Mary. They bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures. They gave him gold, frankincense and myrrh.

Other Levites were appointed to take care of all the other things that belonged to the temple. They also took care of the special flour, wine, olive oil, incense and spices.Some of the priests took care of mixing the spices.

“‘ But suppose they can’t afford two doves or two young pigeons. Then they must bring three and a half pounds of the finest flour as an offering for their sin. It is a sin offering. They must not put olive oil or incense on it. That is because it is a sin offering.

By each stack put some pure incense. It will remind you that all good things come from the Lord. Burn the incense in place of the bread. The incense is a food offering presented to the Lord.
