把洗濯盆安放在會幕和祭壇的中間，把水盛在盆裡。

他用銅做洗濯盆，又用銅做盆座，是用那些在會幕門口服事的婦女的銅鏡做成的。

他又做了十個銅盆，每個銅盆能盛水八百公升；每個銅盆的直徑都是一公尺八公寸。在十個盆座上，每個都安放一個銅盆。

又把洗濯盆安放在會幕與祭壇之間，盆裡盛水，作洗濯之用；摩西、亞倫和亞倫的兒子，可以在這盆裡洗手洗腳。每逢他們走進會幕，或是走近祭壇的時候，就要先洗濯；是照著耶和華吩咐摩西的。

又鑄造了一個銅海，直徑有四公尺半，是圓形的，高兩公尺兩公寸，圓周有十三公尺兩公寸。

他又鑄造了一座圓形的銅海，從這邊到那邊四公尺四公寸，高兩公尺兩公寸，圓周十三公尺兩公寸。

又做了十個盆座和盆座上的十個洗濯盆，還有一個銅海和銅海底下的十二頭銅牛。

“到那日，必有一個泉源，為大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民開放，洗除他們的罪惡和不潔。

他就救了我們，並不是由於我們所行的義，而是照著他的憐憫，藉著重生的洗和聖靈的更新。

他又做了十個洗濯盆：五個放在銅海的右邊，五個放在左邊，用來清洗東西；獻燔祭所用的東西要在盆內清洗，但銅海是給祭司洗濯的。

又七次彈膏油在祭壇上，膏抹祭壇和祭壇的一切器皿，以及洗濯盆和盆座，使它們分別為聖。
