And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey— the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.

So I have come down to save them from the Egyptians. I will bring them up out of that land. I will bring them into a good land. It has a lot of room. It is a land that has plenty of milk and honey. The Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites live there.

and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land. It is a land flowing with milk and honey— the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.

And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.

And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.

And they took of the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought[ it] down unto us, and brought us word again, and said,[ It is] a good land which the LORD our God doth give us.

And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.

That I may perform the oath which I have sworn unto your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as[ it is] this day. Then answered I, and said, So be it, O LORD.

In the day[ that] I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which[ is] the glory of all lands:

For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any[ thing] in it; a land whose stones[ are] iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I[ am] the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I[ am] the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I[ am] the LORD.

And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this[ is] the fruit of it.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I[ will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

And it came to pass the selfsame day,[ that] the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

And that ye may prolong[ your] days in the land, which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey.For the land, whither thou goest in to possess it,[ is] not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst[ it] with thy foot, as a garden of herbs:But the land, whither ye go to possess it,[ is] a land of hills and valleys,[ and] drinketh water of the rain of heaven:A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God[ are] always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,That I will give[ you] the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil.And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full.Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;And[ then] the LORD’S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and[ lest] ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;

And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven,[ even] the Son of man which is in heaven.

I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

Moreover thou gavest them kingdoms and nations, and didst divide them into corners: so they possessed the land of Sihon, and the land of the king of Heshbon, and the land of Og king of Bashan.Their children also multipliedst thou as the stars of heaven, and broughtest them into the land, concerning which thou hadst promised to their fathers, that they should go in to possess[ it].So the children went in and possessed the land, and thou subduedst before them the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, and gavest them into their hands, with their kings, and the people of the land, that they might do with them as they would.And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.

Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

O taste and see that the LORD[ is] good: blessed[ is] the man[ that] trusteth in him.

And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou[ art] a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way.

And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land,[ even] a land that floweth with milk and honey.And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before the LORD thy God, and worship before the LORD thy God:And thou shalt rejoice in every good[ thing] which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that[ is] among you.When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year,[ which is] the year of tithing, and hast given[ it] unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;Then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of[ mine] house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten[ them]:I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away[ ought] thereof for[ any] unclean[ use], nor given[ ought] thereof for the dead:[ but] I have hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God,[ and] have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee.

If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.If thou lend money to[ any of] my people[ that is] poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.If thou at all take thy neighbour’s raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down:For that[ is] his covering only, it[ is] his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I[ am] gracious.Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people.Thou shalt not delay[ to offer] the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen,[ and] with thy sheep: seven days it shall be with his dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me.And ye shall be holy men unto me: neither shall ye eat[ any] flesh[ that is] torn of beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the dogs.

And what the land[ is] that they dwell in, whether it[ be] good or bad; and what cities[ they be] that they dwell in, whether in tents, or in strong holds;

And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it,[ is] an exceeding good land.If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.

When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;

For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set[ him] in safety[ from him that] puffeth at him.

Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all[ the places] nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.

And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give[ it, I say], to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou[ art] righteous:

And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

And it came to pass, when all the kings which[ were] on this side Jordan, in the hills, and in the valleys, and in all the coasts of the great sea over against Lebanon, the Hittite, and the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, heard[ thereof];

Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,

And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.

He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness[ was] under his feet.And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him[ were] dark waters[ and] thick clouds of the skies.At the brightness[ that was] before him his thick clouds passed, hail[ stones] and coals of fire.The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail[ stones] and coals of fire.Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me.They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
