故我言必導爾出伊及、脫於其苦、至流乳與蜜之地、即迦南族赫族亞摩利族比利洗族希未族耶布斯族之地、

And I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites— a land flowing with milk and honey.’

I have promised to bring you up out of Egypt where you are suffering. I will bring you into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. It is a land that has plenty of milk and honey.” ’

and I promise that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

I have promised to rescue you from your oppression in Egypt. I will lead you to a land flowing with milk and honey— the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.”’

And I have promised you that I will bring you up from the misery of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, Hethites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites— a land flowing with milk and honey.

So I said, I will bring you up out of the oppression of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey.” ’

and I have said I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

耶和華對亞伯蘭說：“你要確實地知道，你的後裔必在外地寄居，也必服事那地的人，那地的人苦待他們四百年。他們所要服事的那國，我要親自懲罰。後來他們必帶著很多財物，從那裡出來。你必得享長壽，被人埋葬，平平安安地回到你列祖那裡。到了第四代，他們必回到這裡，因為亞摩利人的罪孽還沒有滿盈。”日落天黑的時候，忽然有冒煙的爐和燒著的火把，從那些肉塊中經過。就在那時候，耶和華與亞伯蘭立約說：“我已經把這地賜給你的後裔了，就是從埃及河直到幼發拉底河之地；就是基尼人、基尼洗人、甲摩尼人、赫人、比利洗人、利乏音人、亞摩利人、迦南人、革迦撒人、耶布斯人之地。”

約瑟對他的兄弟們說：“我快要死了，但神必定眷顧你們，領你們從這地上到他起誓應許給亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各之地去。”

過了很久，埃及王死了。以色列人在捆鎖中歎息，他們就呼求，在捆鎖中的呼求達到神那裡。神聽見他們的呼聲，就記念他與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約。神看顧以色列人，也關注他們。

所以我下來，要救他們脫離埃及人的手，領他們脫離那地，到美好寬闊之地，到流奶與蜜之地，就是到迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人和耶布斯人的地方。現在以色列人的呼聲已經達到我的面前，我也看見了埃及人對他們所施的壓迫。

你們過了約旦河，來到耶利哥；耶利哥的居民與你們作戰，還有亞摩利人、比利洗人、迦南人、赫人、革迦撒人、希未人、耶布斯人，也跟你們作戰；我把他們都交在你們手裡。

我要親自與你一同下到埃及去，也必把你帶上來。約瑟要親手合上你的眼給你送終。”
