And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this[ shall be] a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.

上帝說：『我一定和你同在：你將人民從埃及領出來以後，你們要在這山上事奉上帝：這就給你做憑證是我差遣了你。』

曰、我必偕爾、既導民出埃及、爾曹必於是山崇事上帝、以此為我遣爾之徵、○

曰、我左右爾、爾導民出埃及、必事我於此山、我非無徵以遣爾。

曰、我必祐爾、原文作我必偕爾爾導民出伊及後、必崇事我於此山、此可為我遣爾之徵、

And God said,“ I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.”

God said,“ I will be with you. I will give you a sign. It will prove that I have sent you. When you have brought the people out of Egypt, all of you will worship me on this mountain.”

He said,“ But I will be with you, and this shall be the sign for you, that I have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.”

God answered,“ I will be with you. And this is your sign that I am the one who has sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God at this very mountain.”

He answered,“ I will certainly be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I am the one who sent you: when you bring the people out of Egypt, you will all worship God at this mountain.”

And He said,“ Assuredly I will be with you, and this shall be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall worship God at this mountain.”

So He said,“ I will certainly be with you. And this shall be a sign to you that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.”

And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be the token unto thee, that I have sent thee: when thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.

He answered,“ I will certainly be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I have sent you: when you bring the people out of Egypt, you will all worship God at this mountain.”

He replied,“ Surely I will be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I have sent you: When you bring the people out of Egypt, you and they will serve God on this mountain.”

He said,“ Certainly I will be with you. This will be the token to you, that I have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.”

There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses,[ so] I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

What shall we then say to these things? If God[ be] for us, who[ can be] against us?

And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.

And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee.

And the LORD said unto Jacob, Return unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and I will be with thee.

Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.

In the third month, when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day came they[ into] the wilderness of Sinai.For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come[ to] the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and[ how] I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth[ is] mine:And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These[ are] the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the LORD commanded him.And all the people answered together, and said, All that the LORD hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the LORD.And the LORD said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto the LORD.And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes,And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves,[ that ye] go[ not] up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death:There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether[ it be] beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at[ your] wives.And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that[ was] in the camp trembled.And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses[ up] to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the LORD to gaze, and many of them perish.And let the priests also, which come near to the LORD, sanctify themselves, lest the LORD break forth upon them.And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.And the LORD said unto him, Away, get thee down, and thou shalt come up, thou, and Aaron with thee: but let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto the LORD, lest he break forth upon them.So Moses went down unto the people, and spake unto them.

Fear thou not; for I[ am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I[ am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

When thou passest through the waters, I[ will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Take great stones in thine hand, and hide them in the clay in the brickkiln, which[ is] at the entry of Pharaoh’s house in Tahpanhes, in the sight of the men of Judah;And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with[ them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.And the LORD said unto him, What[ is] that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand[ was] leprous as snow.And he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his[ other] flesh.And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour[ it] upon the dry[ land]: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry[ land].

And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway,[ even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

And he said, Lord GOD, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?

After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I[ am] thy shield,[ and] thy exceeding great reward.

Then the angel of the LORD put forth the end of the staff that[ was] in his hand, and touched the flesh and the unleavened cakes; and there rose up fire out of the rock, and consumed the flesh and the unleavened cakes. Then the angel of the LORD departed out of his sight.

Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see[ it], and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.

And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first[ day] of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of[ their] names, every male by their polls;From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.And these[ are] the names of the men that shall stand with you: of[ the tribe of] Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

And he said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me.

[ Let your] conversation[ be] without covetousness;[ and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

And this[ shall be] a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat[ this] year such as groweth of itself; and the second year that which springeth of the same: and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof.

And thou shalt hear what they say; and afterward shall thine hands be strengthened to go down unto the host. Then went he down with Phurah his servant unto the outside of the armed men that[ were] in the host.

And when Gideon was come, behold,[ there was] a man that told a dream unto his fellow, and said, Behold, I dreamed a dream, and, lo, a cake of barley bread tumbled into the host of Midian, and came unto a tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it, that the tent lay along.And his fellow answered and said, This[ is] nothing else save the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel:[ for] into his hand hath God delivered Midian, and all the host.

And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle,[ even] of the herd, and of the flock.If his offering[ be] a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that[ is by] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire:And the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order upon the wood that[ is] on the fire which[ is] upon the altar:But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar,[ to be] a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.And if his offering[ be] of the flocks,[ namely], of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.And he shall cut it into his pieces, with his head and his fat: and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that[ is] on the fire which[ is] upon the altar:But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring[ it] all, and burn[ it] upon the altar: it[ is] a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD[ be] of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn[ it] on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar:And he shall pluck away his crop with his feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes:And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof,[ but] shall not divide[ it] asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that[ is] upon the fire: it[ is] a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book,[ that] thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise from the evil that I will bring upon her: and they shall be weary. Thus far[ are] the words of Jeremiah.

And Gideon said unto God, If thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said,Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor;[ and] if the dew be on the fleece only, and[ it be] dry upon all the earth[ beside], then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said.And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the fleece together, and wringed the dew out of the fleece, a bowl full of water.And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the fleece only, and there was dew on all the ground.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
