Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

Moses was taking care of the flock of his father- in- law Jethro. Jethro was the priest of Midian. Moses led the flock to the western side of the desert. He came to Horeb. It was the mountain of God.

Now Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian, and he led his flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

One day Moses was tending the flock of his father in law, Jethro, the priest of Midian. He led the flock far into the wilderness and came to Sinai, the mountain of God.

Meanwhile, Moses was shepherding the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian. He led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

Now Moses was pasturing the flock of his father in law Jethro, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

Now Moses was keeping the flock of Jethro his father- in- law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the back of the wilderness, and came to the mountain of God, unto Horeb.

Meanwhile, Moses was shepherding the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian. He led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.

Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God,[ even] to Horeb.

Now Moses was shepherding the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the desert and came to the mountain of God, to Horeb.

遂起飲食、藉其力行四十晝夜、詣上帝之山何烈、

摩西謂其外戚、米甸人流珥子何巴曰、我儕今往耶和華所許賜我之地、汝且偕行、我善待爾、蓋耶和華論以色列族、出以嘉言、

我於何烈磐上、向爾而立、爾擊斯磐、水由之出、使民得飲、摩西遂於以色列長老前行此、

摩西外戚、何巴之裔、基尼人希百、曾離本族、張幕於撒拿音之橡下、附近基低斯、

阿摩司對曰、我素非先知、亦非先知弟子、乃牧人治桑者、耶和華取我於羣羊之後、謂我曰、往哉、向我民以色列預言、

曰、勿前、脫屨於足、蓋爾所立之處、乃聖地也、

民在何烈製犢、崇拜鑄像兮、

昔爾在何烈、立於爾上帝耶和華前時、耶和華諭我曰、當集斯民、我使之聽我言、俾其在世、一生學寅畏我、而教子女、

簡其僕大衛、出之於羊牢、離哺乳之牝羊、使為其民雅各之牧、其業以色列之牧兮、於是以其心之正直牧之、以其手之巧妙導之兮、

摩西外戚、米甸祭司葉忒羅、聞上帝為摩西、與上帝之民以色列所為、即耶和華導以色列人出埃及、昔摩西遣其妻西坡拉歸於父家、今其外戚葉忒羅攜之以來、及其二子、其一摩西命名革順、蓋曰、我於異邦為旅、其一命名以利以謝、蓋曰、我父之上帝佑我、拯我脫於法老刃、摩西外戚葉忒羅攜其妻孥、詣之於野、近上帝山、建營之處、遣人告曰、我葉忒羅、爾之外戚、攜爾之妻、及其二子、偕來就爾、

摩西登山、覲於上帝、耶和華呼之曰、告雅各家、諭以色列族云、

猶大王烏西亞、以色列王約阿施子耶羅波安時、地震前二年、提哥亞牧人中、阿摩司得啟示、論以色列之言、○

以為三日之備、蓋至三日、耶和華必降臨西乃山、為眾民目擊、

耶和華諭亞倫曰、往於野、迓摩西、乃往、遇於上帝之山、與之接吻、

女歸見父流珥、父曰、今日爾歸、何速也、

我僕摩西之法律、我在何烈所命、傳於以色列之典章律例、爾其憶之、

坐於井側、米甸祭司有七女、來汲水、盈其槽、以飲父之羣羊、

昔在何烈、我上帝耶和華諭我儕云、爾居此山已久、

摩西登山、山為雲蔽、耶和華之榮光止於西乃山、雲蔽之六日、越至七日、耶和華自雲中呼摩西、耶和華之榮光在於山巔、以色列人觀之、狀如烈火、

耶穌經行加利利海濱、見兄弟二人、乃西門稱彼得者、與其弟安得烈、施網於海、蓋漁者也、謂之曰、從我、我將使爾為漁人者焉、

摩西願與偕居、其人以女西坡拉妻之、

其地有牧者、居於原野、夜守羣羊、
