『我永恆主乃是你的上帝，曾把你從埃及地從為奴之家領出來的。

但那些日子以後，永恆主發神諭說，我跟以色列家所立的約乃是這樣：我必將我的律法放在他們裏面，寫在他們心上；我要做他們的上帝，他們要做我的子民。

所以你們要守我所吩咐守的，免得你們實行這些可厭惡的規例、就是你們以前的人所作的、因而蒙了不潔；我永恆主是你們的上帝。』

『你要告訴以色列人全會眾說：你們要成聖別，因為我永恆主你們的上帝是聖的。

因為我永恆主是你們的上帝；你們要潔淨自己為聖，而成聖別，因為我是聖的；你們總不可因爬在地上的任何滋生動物而使自己不潔淨。

對他們說：主永恆主這麼說：當我揀選以色列的日子，我向雅各家的後裔舉手起誓，在埃及地使他們認識我；我向他們舉手起誓說：我乃是永恆主你們的上帝。
