They are to eat these offerings by which atonement was made for their ordination and consecration. But no one else may eat them, because they are sacred.

These are the offerings to pay for their sins. They must eat them. The offerings must be made when Aaron and his sons are set apart and prepared to serve the Lord. No one else can eat them. They are sacred.

“所有外族人都不可吃聖物；寄居在祭司家裡的人或是受雇的雇工，都不可吃聖物。但是祭司用自己銀子買來的僕人，就可以吃聖物；生在祭司家裡的人，他們可以吃他的食物。祭司的女兒若是嫁給外族人，就不可吃舉祭的聖物。但祭司的女兒若是寡婦，或是被休的，而且沒有孩子，又回到自己的父家，像她年輕的時候一樣，她就可以吃她父親的食物；只是任何外族人都不可吃。

對可拉和他的同黨說：“到了早晨，耶和華就要使人知道誰是屬他的；誰是聖潔的，就叫誰親近他；誰是他揀選的，就叫誰親近他。

在帳幕前面東邊，就是在會幕前向日出的方向安營的，是摩西、亞倫和亞倫的兒子；他們代替以色列人應盡的職責，看守聖所；外人近前來，必被治死。

給以色列人作鑒戒，叫不是亞倫子孫的外人，不可近前來，在耶和華面前燒香，免得他像可拉和他的同黨有一樣的遭遇；這是照著耶和華藉摩西吩咐以利亞撒的。

你要委派亞倫和他的兒子，使他們謹守自己祭司的職分；外人走近，必被治死。”

你和你的兒子，要與你一同守你們祭司的職分，辦理一切屬祭壇和幔子內的事；你們要這樣供職。我把祭司的職分賜給你們作服事我的賞賜；外人若是近前來，必被處死。”

你們要在聖潔的地方吃，在獻與耶和華的火祭中，這是你和你兒子的分，因為耶和華是這樣吩咐我。至於作搖祭的胸和作舉祭的後腿，你們也要在潔淨的地方吃，你和你的兒女要一起吃，這是從以色列人獻的平安祭中，給你和你兒子的分。至於作舉祭的後腿，作搖祭的胸，他們要與火祭的脂肪一同帶來，當作搖祭，在耶和華面前搖一搖。這都要歸給你和與你在一起的兒子，當作永遠的律例，都是照著耶和華所吩咐的。”那時，摩西急切地尋找那作贖罪祭的公山羊，發現已經燒了；他就向亞倫剩下的兒子以利亞撒和以他瑪發怒，說：“這贖罪祭是至聖的，耶和華又把祭肉給你們，要叫你們擔當會眾的罪孽，在耶和華面前為他們贖罪，你們為甚麼沒有在聖潔的地方吃呢？這祭牲的血既然沒有帶進聖所裡去，你們就應該照著我所吩咐的，在聖所裡吃這祭肉。”

耶穌就對他們說：“我實實在在告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就沒有生命在你們裡面。吃我肉、喝我血的，就有永生，在末日我要使他復活；因為我的肉是真正的食物，我的血是真正的飲料。
