They are to eat these offerings by which atonement was made for their ordination and consecration. But no one else may eat them, because they are sacred.

“所有外族人都不可吃圣物；寄居在祭司家里的人或是受雇的雇工，都不可吃圣物。但是祭司用自己银子买来的仆人，就可以吃圣物；生在祭司家里的人，他们可以吃他的食物。祭司的女儿若是嫁给外族人，就不可吃举祭的圣物。但祭司的女儿若是寡妇，或是被休的，而且没有孩子，又回到自己的父家，像她年轻的时候一样，她就可以吃她父亲的食物；只是任何外族人都不可吃。

对可拉和他的同党说：“到了早晨，耶和华就要使人知道谁是属他的；谁是圣洁的，就叫谁亲近他；谁是他拣选的，就叫谁亲近他。

在帐幕前面东边，就是在会幕前向日出的方向安营的，是摩西、亚伦和亚伦的儿子；他们代替以色列人应尽的职责，看守圣所；外人近前来，必被治死。

你们要在圣洁的地方吃，在献与耶和华的火祭中，这是你和你儿子的分，因为耶和华是这样吩咐我。至于作摇祭的胸和作举祭的后腿，你们也要在洁净的地方吃，你和你的儿女要一起吃，这是从以色列人献的平安祭中，给你和你儿子的分。至于作举祭的后腿，作摇祭的胸，他们要与火祭的脂肪一同带来，当作摇祭，在耶和华面前摇一摇。这都要归给你和与你在一起的儿子，当作永远的律例，都是照着耶和华所吩咐的。”那时，摩西急切地寻找那作赎罪祭的公山羊，发现已经烧了；他就向亚伦剩下的儿子以利亚撒和以他玛发怒，说：“这赎罪祭是至圣的，耶和华又把祭肉给你们，要叫你们担当会众的罪孽，在耶和华面前为他们赎罪，你们为什么没有在圣洁的地方吃呢？这祭牲的血既然没有带进圣所里去，你们就应该照着我所吩咐的，在圣所里吃这祭肉。”

耶稣就对他们说：“我实实在在告诉你们，你们若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就没有生命在你们里面。吃我肉、喝我血的，就有永生，在末日我要使他复活；因为我的肉是真正的食物，我的血是真正的饮料。
