以做香的方法调和制成圣膏油，它就成为圣膏油。要用这膏油抹会幕和法柜，供桌和供桌的一切器具，灯台和灯台的器具，以及香坛、燔祭坛和坛的一切器具，洗濯盆和盆座。你要使这些分别为圣，成为至圣；凡触摸它们的都成为圣。要膏亚伦和他的儿子，使他们分别为圣，作事奉我的祭司。你要吩咐以色列人说：‘你们要世世代代以这油为我的圣膏油。

更何况践踏神儿子的人，他们将那使他成圣之约的血当作不洁净，又亵慢施恩的圣灵的人，你们想，他不该受更严厉的惩罚吗？

主耶和华的灵在我身上，因为耶和华用膏膏我，叫我报好信息给贫穷的人，差遣我医好伤心的人，报告被掳的得释放，被捆绑的得自由；宣告耶和华的恩年和我们的神报仇的日子；安慰所有悲哀的人，为锡安悲哀的人，赐华冠代替灰烬，喜乐的油代替悲哀，赞美为衣代替忧伤的灵；称他们为“公义树”，是耶和华所栽植的，为要彰显他的荣耀。

耶和华的灵必住在他身上，就是智慧和聪明的灵，谋略和能力的灵，知识和敬畏耶和华的灵。他必以敬畏耶和华为乐；行审判不凭眼见，断是非也不凭耳闻；却要以公义审判贫寒人，以正直判断地上的困苦人，以口中的棍击打全地，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。公义必当他的腰带，信实必作他胁下的带子。

我为他们的缘故使自己分别为圣，为要使他们也因真理成圣。
