摩西带了亚伦的儿子来，给他们穿上内袍，束上腰带，裹上头巾，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。

你们不要藉外表来妆饰自己，如编头发，戴金饰，穿美丽的衣裳等，而要有蕴藏在人内心不衰退的美，以温柔娴静的心妆饰自己；这在神面前是极宝贵的。

我也希望女人以端正、克制和合乎体统的服装打扮自己，不以编发、金饰、珍珠和名贵衣裳来打扮。要有善行，这才与自称为敬畏神的女人相称。

不可私窃财物；要凡事显出完美的忠诚，好事事都能荣耀我们救主神的教导。

你要显出自己是好行为的榜样，在教导上要正直、庄重，

他们用编织的工为亚伦和他的儿子做细麻布内袍、细麻布礼冠、细麻布精致头巾，和搓的细麻布裤子，又用蓝色、紫色、朱红色纱，和搓的细麻，以刺绣的手艺做腰带，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。

同样，你们年轻的，要顺服年长的。你们大家都要以谦卑当衣服穿上，彼此顺服，因为“神抵挡骄傲的人，但赐恩给谦卑的人。”

但那些想要发财的人就陷在诱惑、罗网和许多无知有害的欲望中，使人沉沦，以致败坏和灭亡。贪财是万恶之根。有人因贪恋钱财而背离信仰，用许多愁苦把自己刺透了。但你这属神的人哪，要逃避这些事；要追求公义、敬虔、信心、爱心、忍耐、温柔。
