Also put the Urim and the Thummim in the breastpiece, so they may be over Aaron’s heart whenever he enters the presence of the Lord. Thus Aaron will always bear the means of making decisions for the Israelites over his heart before the Lord.

Also put the Urim and Thummim into the chest cloth. Then they will be over Aaron’s heart when he comes to serve the Lord. In that way, Aaron will always have what he needs to make decisions for the people of Israel. He will carry the Urim and Thummim over his heart while he is serving the Lord.

And in the breastpiece of judgment you shall put the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be on Aaron’s heart, when he goes in before the Lord. Thus Aaron shall bear the judgment of the people of Israel on his heart before the Lord regularly.

Insert the Urim and Thummim into the sacred chestpiece so they will be carried over Aaron’s heart when he goes into the Lord’s presence. In this way, Aaron will always carry over his heart the objects used to determine the Lord’s will for his people whenever he goes in before the Lord.

Place the Urim and Thummim in the breastpiece for decisions, so that they will also be over Aaron’s heart whenever he comes before the LORD. Aaron will continually carry the means of decisions for the Israelites over his heart before the LORD.

论到利未，他说：“耶和华啊，愿你的土明和乌陵属于对你忠心的人（原文无“耶和华啊”，但因为代名词“你”是指耶和华而不是利未，所以按文理补上，以免误导），就是你在玛撒试验过的，在米利巴水边与他们争论过的。

扫罗求问耶和华，耶和华却没有藉着梦，或乌陵，或先知回答他。

大卫对亚希米勒的儿子、亚比亚他祭司说：“请你把以弗得带到我这里来。”亚比亚他就把以弗得带到大卫那里去。大卫求问耶和华说：“我可以追赶这群匪徒吗？我可以追上他们吗？”耶和华回答他：“你可以追赶，你必定追上，也必定把一切救回来。”

因为我们的大祭司并不是不能同情我们的软弱，他像我们一样，也曾在各方面受过试探，只是他没有犯罪。

哥林多人哪！我们对你们，口是坦率的，心是宽宏的。并不是我们对你们器量小，而是你们自己心胸狭窄。

至于我，我甘心乐意为你们的灵魂付上一切，鞠躬尽瘁。难道我越爱你们，就越得不到你们的爱吗？

为你们众人我有这样的思想是很恰当的，因为你们常常在我的心里，无论我是在捆锁之中，或是在辩护和证实福音的时候，你们都和我一同分享神的恩典。我是怎样以基督耶稣的心肠，切切地想念你们众人，这是神可以为我作证的。

以色列人就起来，上伯特利去求问神，说：“我们之中谁应首先上去，与便雅悯人交战呢？”耶和华说：“犹大应首先上去。”

约书亚死后，以色列人求问耶和华说：“谁要为我们首先去攻打迦南人，与他们作战呢？”

他必建造耶和华的殿，必得尊荣；他必坐在宝座上执掌王权，又必在他的宝座上作祭司，使两者之间和谐共济。’”

所以，他必须在各方面和他的弟兄们相同，为了要在神的事上，成为仁慈忠信的大祭司，好为人民赎罪。

他不是用山羊和牛犊的血，而是用自己的血，只一次进了至圣所，就得到了永远的救赎。

我这样说，不是要定你们的罪，因为我从前说过，你们常在我们心里，甚至可以同生共死。

大卫知道扫罗设计害他，就对亚比亚他祭司说：“把以弗得拿来！”大卫说：“耶和华以色列的神啊！你仆人确实听见了扫罗想要到基伊拉来，为了我的缘故要毁灭这城。基伊拉人会把我交在扫罗的手里吗？扫罗会照着你仆人所听到的下来吗？耶和华以色列的神啊！求你告诉你仆人。”耶和华说：“他必下来。”大卫又说：“基伊拉人会把我和跟随我的人交在扫罗手里吗？”耶和华说：“他们必把你们交出来。”

因为基督不是进了人手所做的圣所（那不过是真圣所的表象），而是进到天上，现在替我们显露在神的面前。

事前，以色列人上伯特利去，在耶和华面前哀哭直到晚上，然后求问耶和华，说：“我们再去与我们的兄弟便雅悯人交战，可以不可以？”耶和华说：“你们可以上去攻打他们。”

那时，神的约柜在那里。那时，亚伦的孙子、以利亚撒的儿子非尼哈，侍立在约柜前供职。以色列人求问耶和华，说：“我们应再出去与我们的兄弟便雅悯人交战呢？还是休战呢？”耶和华说：“你们应上去，因为明天我必把他们交在你们手中。”
