For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation.

I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice, and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the earth is mine;and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.”

and strip Aaron of his garments, and put them on Eleazar his son. Aaron shall be gathered, and shall die there.”Moses did as Yahweh commanded. They went up onto Mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them on Eleazar his son. Aaron died there on the top of the mountain, and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.

and made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign on the earth.”

Because of him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption:that, as it is written,“ He who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.”

You shall put on Aaron the holy garments; and you shall anoint him, and sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.

“ The holy garments of Aaron shall be for his sons after him, to be anointed in them, and to be consecrated in them.Seven days shall the son who is priest in his place put them on, when he comes into the Tent of Meeting to minister in the holy place.

Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

In that day, Yahweh’s branch will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the beauty and glory of the survivors of Israel.

For such a high priest was fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

You shall give authority to him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may obey.He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Yahweh. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.”

Let your priests be clothed with righteousness. Let your saints shout for joy!”

For he received from God the Father honor and glory when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory,“ This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is.

Let your work appear to your servants, your glory to their children.Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.

For we have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteousness is like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.

I will also clothe her priests with salvation. Her saints will shout aloud for joy.

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.

But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone.
