and fasten them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear the names on his shoulders as a memorial before the Lord.

Connect them to the shoulder straps of the linen apron. The stones will stand for the sons of Israel. Aaron must carry the names on his shoulders as a constant reminder while he is serving the Lord.

And you shall set the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders for remembrance.

摩西和祭司以利亚撒收了千夫长、百夫长的金子，就带进会幕，在耶和华面前作为以色列人的纪念。

又琢出两块红玛瑙，镶在金槽上，仿佛刻图书，按着以色列儿子的名字雕刻；将这两块宝石安在以弗得的两条肩带上，为以色列人做纪念石，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。

又要把净乳香放在每行饼上，作为纪念，就是作为火祭献给耶和华。

向我们列祖施怜悯，记念他的圣约，

“你们要记念这日，守为耶和华的节，作为你们世世代代永远的定例。

哥尼流定睛看他，惊怕说：“主啊，什么事呢？”天使说：“你的祷告和你的周济达到神面前，已蒙记念了。

耶路撒冷啊，我在你城上设立守望的，他们昼夜必不静默。呼吁耶和华的，你们不要歇息，

神说：“我与你们并你们这里的各样活物所立的永约是有记号的。我把虹放在云彩中，这就可作我与地立约的记号了。我使云彩盖地的时候，必有虹现在云彩中，我便记念我与你们和各样有血肉的活物所立的约，水就再不泛滥、毁坏一切有血肉的物了。虹必现在云彩中，我看见，就要记念我与地上各样有血肉的活物所立的永约。”神对挪亚说：“这就是我与地上一切有血肉之物立约的记号了。”

当时，你在异象中晓谕你的圣民，说：“我已把救助之力加在那有能者的身上；我高举那从民中所拣选的。

他扶助了他的仆人以色列，

他要建造耶和华的殿，并担负尊荣，坐在位上掌王权；又必在位上作祭司，使两职之间筹定和平。这冠冕要归希连、多比雅、耶大雅，和西番雅的儿子贤，放在耶和华的殿里为记念。”

因有一婴孩为我们而生，有一子赐给我们，政权必担在他的肩头上。他名称为奇妙、策士、全能的神、永在的父、和平的君。

以弗得当有两条肩带，接上两头，使它相连。

这要在你手上作记号，在你额上作纪念，使耶和华的律法常在你口中，因为耶和华曾用大能的手将你从埃及领出来。

看哪！神是我的拯救；我要倚靠他，并不惧怕。因为主耶和华是我的力量，是我的诗歌，他也成了我的拯救。”

凡靠着他进到神面前的人，他都能拯救到底；因为他是长远活着，替他们祈求。像这样圣洁、无邪恶、无玷污、远离罪人、高过诸天的大祭司，原是与我们合宜的。他不像那些大祭司，每日必须先为自己的罪，后为百姓的罪献祭；因为他只一次将自己献上，就把这事成全了。律法本是立软弱的人为大祭司；但在律法以后起誓的话，是立儿子为大祭司，乃是成全到永远的。
