“ Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them.

“ Have them make a sacred tent for me. I will live among them.

“ Have the people of Israel build me a holy sanctuary so I can live among them.

“ They are to make a sanctuary for me so that I may dwell among them.

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said:“ I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” (niv)

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,“ Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. (niv)

And I will live among the Israelites and will not abandon my people Israel.” (niv)

Now the first covenant had regulations for worship and also an earthly sanctuary.A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place. (niv)

This is what the Lord says:“ I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the Faithful City, and the mountain of the Lord Almighty will be called the Holy Mountain.” (niv)

Moses summoned Mishael and Elzaphan, sons of Aaron’s uncle Uzziel, and said to them,“ Come here; carry your cousins outside the camp, away from the front of the sanctuary.” (niv)

He is to dip his finger into the blood and sprinkle some of it seven times before the Lord, in front of the curtain of the sanctuary. (niv)

“ The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. (niv)

So Bezalel, Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the Lord has given skill and ability to know how to carry out all the work of constructing the sanctuary are to do the work just as the Lord has commanded.”Then Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the Lord had given ability and who was willing to come and do the work.They received from Moses all the offerings the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning.So all the skilled workers who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left what they were doingand said to Moses,“ The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the Lord commanded to be done.” (niv)

nor leave the sanctuary of his God or desecrate it, because he has been dedicated by the anointing oil of his God. I am the Lord. (niv)
