The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover.

众天使不都是事奉的灵，奉差遣为那将要承受救恩的人服务的吗？

因此，女人为天使的缘故应当在头上有服权柄的记号。

为要在现今藉着教会使天上执政的、掌权的知道上帝百般的智慧。

他要差遣天使，用大声的号筒，从四方，从天这边直到天那边，召集他的选民。”

他又说：“我实实在在地告诉你们，你们将要看见天开了，上帝的使者在人子身上，上去下来。”

我指定你为受膏的基路伯，看守保护；你在上帝的圣山上；往来在如火的宝石中。

他做梦，看哪，一个梯子立在地上，梯子的顶端直伸到天；看哪，上帝的使者在梯子上，上去下来。

他们得了启示，知道他们所服事的不是自己，而是你们。那藉着从天上差来的圣灵传福音给你们的人，现在将这些事传给你们；这些事连天使也都切望察看呢！

你们在他里面也已经成为丰盛。他是所有执政掌权者的元首。

耶稣已经到天上去，在上帝的右边，众天使、有权柄的、有权能的都服从了他。

灵往哪里去，活物就往哪里去；轮子在活物旁边上升，因为活物的灵在轮中。

我想，上帝把我们作使徒的明显地列在末后，好像定死罪的囚犯，因为我们成了一台戏，给世界、天使和众人观看。

他又在至圣所用雕刻的手艺造两个基路伯，包上金子。

要造两个用金子锤出的基路伯，从柜盖的两端锤出它们。

我又观看，我听见宝座和活物及长老的周围有许多天使的声音；他们的数目有千千万万，大声说：“被杀的羔羊配得权能、丰富、智慧、力量、尊贵、荣耀、颂赞。”

当乌西雅王崩的那年，我看见主坐在高高的宝座上。他的衣裳下摆遮满圣殿。上有撒拉弗侍立，各有六个翅膀：两个翅膀遮脸，两个翅膀遮脚，两个翅膀飞翔，彼此呼喊说：“圣哉！圣哉！圣哉！万军之耶和华；他的荣光遍满全地！”因呼喊者的声音，门槛的根基震动，殿里充满了烟云。那时我说：“祸哉！我灭亡了！因为我是嘴唇不洁的人，住在嘴唇不洁的民中，又因我亲眼看见大君王—万军之耶和华。”
