And he said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we come back to you. Indeed, Aaron and Hur are with you. If any man has a difficulty, let him go to them.”

摩西对长老说：“你们在这里等着，等到我们再回来，有亚伦、户珥与你们同在。凡有争讼的，都可以就近他们去。”

摩西对长老们说：“你们在这里等我们，直到我们再回到你们这里。看哪，亚伦和户珥与你们同在。谁有诉讼，可以去找他们。”

先告諸長老曰、爾曹處此、以待我反、爾有亞倫戶珥同在、有訟者可詣之、

未登之先、告諸長老曰、爾曹處此、待我反、爾有亞倫戶耳在、人有訟事、可往諮諏。

未登之先、謂長老曰、爾曹在此、待我儕返、有亞倫戶珥偕爾、人有訟事、可至其前、

He said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute can go to them.”

He said to the elders,“ Wait for us here until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you. Anyone who has a problem can go to them.”

And he said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. Whoever has a dispute, let him go to them.”

Moses told the elders,“ Stay here and wait for us until we come back. Aaron and Hur are here with you. If anyone has a dispute while I am gone, consult with them.”

He told the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute should go to them.”

But to the elders he said,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a legal matter, have him approach them.”

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: whosoever hath a cause, let him come near unto them.

He told the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute should go to them.”

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur[ are] with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them.

He told the elders,“ Wait for us in this place until we return to you. Here are Aaron and Hur with you. Whoever has any matters of dispute can approach them.”

He said to the elders,“ Wait here for us, until we come again to you. Behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. Whoever is involved in a dispute can go to them.”

So Joshua did as Moses said to him, and fought with Amalek. And Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

But Moses’ hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

And Abraham said to his young men,“ Stay here with the donkey; the lad and I will go yonder and worship, and we will come back to you.”

Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him,“ Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”

Then he waited seven days, according to the time set by Samuel. But Samuel did not come to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him.So Saul said,“ Bring a burnt offering and peace offerings here to me.” And he offered the burnt offering.Now it happened, as soon as he had finished presenting the burnt offering, that Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might greet him.And Samuel said,“ What have you done?” Saul said,“ When I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that you did not come within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered together at Michmash,then I said,‘ The Philistines will now come down on me at Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the Lord.’ Therefore I felt compelled, and offered a burnt offering.”And Samuel said to Saul,“ You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the Lord your God, which He commanded you. For now the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever.

You shall go down before me to Gilgal; and surely I will come down to you to offer burnt offerings and make sacrifices of peace offerings. Seven days you shall wait, till I come to you and show you what you should do.”

And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people: rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.So they judged the people at all times; the hard cases they brought to Moses, but they judged every small case themselves.
