那坐着的，看来好像碧玉和红宝石；又有彩虹围着宝座，光彩好像绿宝石。

他在他们面前变了形像，他的脸明亮如太阳，衣裳洁白如光。

在他们头上的穹苍之上有宝座的形像，仿佛蓝宝石的样子；宝座的形像上方有仿佛人的样子的形像。我见他的腰以上有仿佛闪耀的金属，周围有仿佛火的形状，又见他的腰以下有仿佛火的形状，周围也有光辉。下雨的日子，云中彩虹的形状怎样，周围光辉的形状也是怎样。这就是耶和华荣耀形像的样式，我一看见就脸伏于地。我又听见一位说话者的声音。

这城有上帝的荣耀，它光辉如同极贵的宝石，好像碧玉，明如水晶。

从来没有人见过上帝，我们若彼此相爱，上帝就住在我们里面，他的爱在我们里面得以完满了。

当乌西雅王崩的那年，我看见主坐在高高的宝座上。他的衣裳下摆遮满圣殿。上有撒拉弗侍立，各有六个翅膀：两个翅膀遮脸，两个翅膀遮脚，两个翅膀飞翔，彼此呼喊说：“圣哉！圣哉！圣哉！万军之耶和华；他的荣光遍满全地！”因呼喊者的声音，门槛的根基震动，殿里充满了烟云。那时我说：“祸哉！我灭亡了！因为我是嘴唇不洁的人，住在嘴唇不洁的民中，又因我亲眼看见大君王—万军之耶和华。”

耶稣对他说：“腓力，我与你们在一起这么久了，你还不认识我吗？看见我的就是看见了父，你怎么还说‘将父显给我们看’呢？

这不是说有人看见过父，惟独从上帝来的，他才看见过父。

耶和华的使者不再向玛挪亚和他的妻子显现了。那时，玛挪亚才知道他是耶和华的使者。玛挪亚对他的妻子说：“我们一定会死，因为我们看见了上帝。”

他又说：“我是你父亲的上帝，是亚伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝。”摩西蒙上脸，因为怕看上帝。

那俯视如晨曦、美丽如月亮、皎洁如太阳、威武如展开旌旗军队的是谁呢？

米该雅说：“因此你要听耶和华的话！我看见耶和华坐在宝座上，天上的万军侍立在他左右。

他右手拿着七颗星，从他口中吐出一把两刃的利剑，面貌好像烈日放光。

墙是碧玉造的；城是纯金的，如同明净的玻璃。城墙的根基是用各样宝石修饰的：第一个根基是碧玉，第二是蓝宝石，第三是绿玛瑙，第四是绿宝石，第五是红玛瑙，第六是红宝石，第七是黄璧玺，第八是水苍玉，第九是红璧玺，第十是翡翠，第十一是紫玛瑙，第十二是紫晶。十二个门是十二颗珍珠；每一个门是一颗珍珠造的。城内的街道是纯金的，好像透明的玻璃。我没有看见城内有殿，因主—全能者上帝和羔羊就是城的殿。那城内不用日月光照，因为有上帝的荣耀光照，又有羔羊为城的灯。
