南界即汛野、沿以東、此爾南界、乃自鹽海極東隅起、繞至蠍坡南過汛至迦叠巴尼亞南為極南處、又至哈薩亞達及押們、其界自押們轉至伊及河、河或作溪出大海為極、西以大海為界、此即爾之西界、北界自大海起、轉至何珥山、自何珥山、至哈末、至西得達、為極北處、其界又往錫分至哈薩以難為極、此為爾之北界、爾之東界自哈薩以難轉至示番、自示番下至立拉、繞至亞延東、又下至基尼烈湖、沿湖之東濱、下至約但、至鹽海為極、爾地四周之界即此、摩西告以色列人曰、此即主命以鬮分給九支派與半支派之地、流便支派循其宗族、迦得支派循其宗族、與瑪拿西半支派、已得地為業、此二支派與半支派、已得其業、在約但東、耶利哥相對之處、

猶大人乃往、主以迦南人、比利洗人、付於其手、在比色殺敵一萬、

以色列之天主耶和華以西宏與其軍眾、付於以色列人手、以色列人擊之、乃得原居斯地亞摩利人之全地、

從此海至彼海、自大河直至地極、悉歸其統轄、

主以列國之民、與原居斯土之亞摩利人逐於我前、我亦願奉事主、蓋主乃我之天主、

所羅門轄河西全地、自提弗薩至迦薩、河西列王皆為其所轄、四周之屬國順服、皆享太平、

所羅門統轄諸國、自伯拉河至非利士地、直至伊及界、所羅門在世之日、此諸國皆納貢服事之、

我曾使大蜂驅逐亞摩利二王於爾前、不藉爾刃、不藉爾弓、

爾勿遲延、當追爾敵、擊其後軍、不容其入己之城、蓋主爾之天主必付之於爾手、

其時爾從伏處而出、以取其邑、蓋主爾之天主必以邑付於爾手、

主諭約書亞曰、勿懼之、我以斯眾付爾手、其中無一人能禦爾者、

大衛復問主、主應之曰、爾起、往基伊拉、我將以非利士人付於爾手、

我導爾至居約但東亞摩利人之地、彼與爾戰、我付之於爾手、滅之於爾前、使爾得其地為業、
