倘若有人打死正入屋偷竊的賊，這人不算犯殺人罪。

人若遇见贼挖窟窿，把贼打了，以至于死，就不能为他有流血的罪。

贼挖洞，若被发现而被打死，打的人没有流血的罪。

你們都知道，如果一家的主人知道賊會在半夜幾點來，就必警醒，不讓賊入屋偷竊。
