撒该站着对主说：“主啊，我把所有的一半给穷人；我若勒索了谁，就还他四倍。”

但若被抓到，要赔偿七倍，他必赔上家中一切财物。

耶和华吩咐摩西说：“若有人犯罪，得罪了耶和华，就是在邻舍寄托他的东西或抵押品上行诡诈，或抢夺，或欺压邻舍，或是捡了失物行了诡诈，起了假誓，在人所做的任何事上犯了罪；他既犯了罪，有了过犯，就要归还他所抢夺的，或是因欺压所得的，或是别人寄托他的，或是他所捡到的失物，或是起假誓得来的任何东西，就要全数归还，另外再加五分之一。在查出他有罪的日子，就要立刻赔还给原主。他要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，给耶和华为赎愆祭，或照你所估定的价值，给祭司作赎愆祭。

没有牛，槽就空空；土产丰盛却凭牛的力气。

他要承认所犯的罪，将所亏负人的如数赔偿，另外再加五分之一，交给所亏负的人。
