犹大人行事诡诈，并且在以色列和耶路撒冷中行一件可憎的事；因为犹大人亵渎耶和华所喜爱的圣洁，娶侍奉外邦神的女子为妻。凡行这事的，无论何人，就是献供物给万军之耶和华，耶和华也必从雅各的帐棚中剪除他。你们又行了一件这样的事，使前妻叹息哭泣的眼泪遮盖耶和华的坛，以致耶和华不再看顾那供物，也不乐意从你们手中收纳。你们还说：“这是为什么呢？”因耶和华在你和你幼年所娶的妻中间作见证。她虽是你的配偶，又是你盟约的妻，你却以诡诈待她。虽然神有灵的余力能造多人，他不是单造一人吗？为何只造一人呢？乃是他愿人得虔诚的后裔。所以当谨守你们的心，谁也不可以诡诈待幼年所娶的妻。

你们如今若按诚实正直待耶路巴力和他的家，就可因亚比米勒得欢乐，他也可因你们得欢乐；

以扫就晓得他父亲以撒看不中迦南的女子，

若在被掳的人中见有美貌的女子，恋慕她，要娶她为妻，就可以领她到你家里去；她便要剃头发，修指甲，脱去被掳时所穿的衣服，住在你家里哀哭父母一个整月，然后可以与她同房。你作她的丈夫，她作你的妻子。后来你若不喜悦她，就要由她随意出去，决不可为钱卖她，也不可当婢女待她，因为你玷污了她。”

摩西说：“我要出去求耶和华，使成群的苍蝇明天离开法老和法老的臣仆并法老的百姓；法老却不可再行诡诈，不容百姓去祭祀耶和华。”

谁聘定了妻，尚未迎娶，他可以回家去，恐怕他阵亡，别人去娶。’

他父母说：“在你弟兄的女儿中，或在本国的民中，岂没有一个女子，何至你去在未受割礼的非利士人中娶妻呢？”参孙对他父亲说：“愿你给我娶那女子，因我喜悦她。”

我的弟兄诡诈，好像溪水，又像溪水流干的河道。

撒母耳不喜悦他们说“立一个王治理我们”，他就祷告耶和华。

扫罗甚发怒，不喜悦这话，就说：“将万万归大卫，千千归我，只剩下王位没有给他了。”
