她中间的首领是咆哮的狮子；她的审判官是晚上的豺狼，一点食物也不留到早晨。

“地不可永卖，因为地是我的；你们在我面前是客旅，是寄居的。

“人若彼此争斗，伤害有孕的妇人，甚至坠胎，随后却无别害，那伤害她的，总要按妇人的丈夫所要的，照审判官所断的，受罚。

亚吉信了大卫，心里说：“大卫使本族以色列人憎恶他，所以他必永远作我的仆人了。”

因为那夜我要巡行埃及地，把埃及地一切头生的，无论是人是牲畜，都击杀了，又要败坏埃及一切的神。我是耶和华。

老年人对他说：“现在王若服侍这民如仆人，用好话回答他们，他们就永远作王的仆人。”

若找不到贼，那家主必就近审判官，要看看他拿了原主的物件没有。“两个人的案件，无论是为什么过犯，或是为牛，为驴，为羊，为衣裳，或是为什么失掉之物，有一人说：‘这是我的’，两造就要将案件禀告审判官，审判官定谁有罪，谁就要加倍赔还。

“你要在耶和华你神所赐的各城里，按着各支派设立审判官和官长。他们必按公义的审判判断百姓。

“不可毁谤神；也不可毁谤你百姓的官长。

撒母耳年纪老迈，就立他儿子作以色列的士师。长子名叫约珥，次子名叫亚比亚；他们在别是巴作士师。

“当时，我嘱咐你们的审判官说：‘你们听讼，无论是弟兄彼此争讼，是与同居的外人争讼，都要按公义判断。

哈拿却没有上去，对丈夫说：“等孩子断了奶，我便带他上去朝见耶和华，使他永远住在那里。”

并要从百姓中拣选有才能的人，就是敬畏神、诚实无妄、恨不义之财的人，派他们作千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长，管理百姓，叫他们随时审判百姓，大事都要呈到你这里，小事他们自己可以审判。这样，你就轻省些，他们也可以同当此任。你若这样行，神也这样吩咐你，你就能受得住，这百姓也都平平安安归回他们的住处。”于是，摩西听从他岳父的话，按着他所说的去行。摩西从以色列人中拣选了有才能的人，立他们为百姓的首领，作千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长。他们随时审判百姓，有难断的案件就呈到摩西那里，但各样小事他们自己审判。

祭物和礼物，你不喜悦；你已经开通我的耳朵。燔祭和赎罪祭非你所要。那时我说：“看哪，我来了！我的事在经卷上已经记载了。我的神啊，我乐意照你的旨意行；你的律法在我心里。”

我也必复还你的审判官，像起初一样，复还你的谋士，像起先一般。然后，你必称为公义之城，忠信之邑。”
