“如果有人用棍打他的奴僕或婢女，以致死在他的手下，他必須受刑罰；

“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，立时死在他的手下，他必要受刑。

“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，当场死在他的手下，他必受报应。

“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，当场死在他的手下，他必受报应。

“倘若有人用棍子打他的仆婢，导致他们当场死亡，他必须受惩罚。

“如果有人用棍打他的奴仆或婢女，以致死在他的手下，他必须受刑罚；

『人若用棍子擊打奴僕或使女，以致奴僕死在他手下，他一定必須受刑罰。

以杖擊僕婢、而斃杖下者、必受刑、

如擊僕婢、立斃杖下者、必受刑。

人若以杖擊奴婢、死於手下、必受刑、

“ Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result,

“ Suppose a person beats their male or female slave to death with a club. That person must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his slave, male or female, with a rod and the slave dies under his hand, he shall be avenged.

“ If a man beats his male or female slave with a club and the slave dies as a result, the owner must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

“ And if someone strikes his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies at his hand, he shall be punished.

“ And if a man beats his male or female servant with a rod, so that he dies under his hand, he shall surely be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall surely be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.

“ If a man strikes his male servant or his female servant with a staff so that he or she dies as a result of the blow, he will surely be punished.

“ If a man strikes his servant or his maid with a rod, and he dies under his hand, the man shall surely be punished.

你的眼睛不可顧惜，要以命償命，以眼還眼，以牙還牙，以手還手，以腳還腳。”

人若殺該隱，要遭報七倍；人若殺拉麥，必遭報七十七倍！”

因為他是神的僕役，是對你有益的。但如果你作惡，就應當懼怕；因為他佩劍，不是沒有作用的。他是神的僕役，是向作惡的人施行刑罰的。

“如果有人擊打他奴僕的一隻眼，或婢女的一隻眼，把眼打壞了，就要因他的眼的緣故讓他自由離去。如果有人打落了他奴僕的一顆牙，或婢女的一顆牙，就要因他的牙的緣故讓他自由離去。

他們說：“為甚麼我們禁食，你不看呢？為甚麼我們刻苦己身，你不理會呢？”看哪！你們在禁食的日子，仍然追求自己喜歡作的事，欺壓為你們作工的人。看哪！你們禁食，結果是吵鬧和打架，用兇惡的拳頭打人；你們不要像今天這樣的禁食，使你們的聲音可以聽聞於天上。

耶和華對該隱說：“絕不會這樣，殺該隱的，必遭報七倍。”耶和華就給該隱立了一個記號，免得遇見他的人擊殺他。

流人血的，人也必流他的血；因為神造人，是按著他自己的形象。

只用言語，不能使奴僕受管教；他雖然明白，卻沒有反應。

報血仇的，要親自把那故意殺人的殺死；一遇見他，就可以殺死他。

殺人的，要憑著幾個見證人的口供，才可以把他處死；如果只有一個見證人，就不能指證把人處死。犯了死罪，故意殺人的，你們不可收取贖價代他贖命，因為他必被處死。逃到避難城的人，你們也不可收取他的贖價，使他在大祭司未死以前回到本地居住。這樣，你們就沒有玷污你們所在之地，因為血能玷污地；在地上如果有流人血的，除非流那故意殺人者的血，那地的血就不能得贖。
