“人若彼此相争，这个用石头或是拳头打那个，尚且不至于死，不过躺卧在床，

倘若斗殴时一方用拳头或石块致另一方受伤、躺卧在床，但不至于死，

“如果人彼此争论，一个用石头或拳头打另一个，但他还没有死，不过要躺在床上，

“ If people quarrel and one person hits another with a stone or with their fist and the victim does not die but is confined to bed,

“ Suppose two people get into a fight and argue with each other. One hits the other with a stone or his fist. And the person who was hit does not die but has to stay in bed.

如擊僕婢、立斃杖下者、必受刑。

在田相鬥、排解無人、甲擊其乙、以至於斃。

相鬥誤擊妊婦墮胎、而無他害、則當罰金、依夫所定、折中於士師。

若以鐵器擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、若擲石擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、若以木器擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、被殺之戚屬、可報其仇、遇即殺之。若蓄怨而刺人、或伏要而射人、或生釁而手擊人、置人於死地、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、被殺之戚屬遇即殺之、如毫無釁隙、而猝然刺及、或非伏要、而以物相射、或不見而擲石、致人於死、本非結讎、不欲害人、則會眾必於殺人報仇者之間循例而剖析。

有二人相鬥、其一之妻前、欲援其夫、脫於擊者之手、而執其下體。
