永恆主給受欺壓的人做高壘，做患難時候的高壘。

永恆主說：『因困苦人受蹂躪，因貧窮人的哀唉哼，我現在要起來，把他安置於他所切慕的穩妥之地。』

上帝是我們的避難所、我們的力量、我們患難中的幫助、隨時隨地可得到的。

永恆主對摩西說：『你清早起來；看吧，法老出來到水邊，你要進見法老，對他說：「永恆主這麼說：你要讓我的人民走，他們好事奉我。

明天早晨你去見法老；看吧，他出來往水邊去；你要站在河邊迎接他；那變過蛇的杖、你要拿在手裏。

烏鴉早晨給他叼餅和肉來，晚上也叼餅和肉來；他喝的就是那谿谷裏的水。

王的心在永恆主手中、像隴溝的水、任隨所喜悅的而流轉。

人的烈怒終必稱讚你；你必用人的餘怒去束腰。

永恆主安排了一條大魚把約拿吞下去；約拿在魚腹中三日三夜。

永恆主吩咐那魚，魚就把約拿吐在旱地上。
