這就是那經常差派使者，在水面上乘坐蒲草船渡海的地方。去吧！快行的使者，到那身軀高大、皮膚光滑的國去，到一個遠近都為人所懼怕的民族那裡去，這國是強盛和踐踏人的，他們的地有河流把地分開。

河道必發臭，埃及眾河流的水必消退乾涸；葦子和蘆荻都必枯萎。

西訂谷有許多漆坑。所多瑪王和蛾摩拉王逃跑的時候，都掉在坑裡，其餘的人都向著山上逃跑。
