眾民僉曰、凡耶和華所諭、我必奉行、摩西乃以民言覆於耶和華、

眾論僉同、對曰、耶和華所諭、敢弗奉行、摩西乃以民言覆於耶和華、耶和華曰、我乘密雲、臨格爾上、我與爾言、俾民聽聞、而篤信爾、歷久弗渝。

The people all responded together,“ We will do everything the Lord has said.” So Moses brought their answer back to the Lord.

以約書誦與民聽、民曰、凡主所命之言、我必聽從遵行、

摩西下、以主之諸言諸例告於民、民同聲應曰、凡主所諭之言、我必遵行、

謂摩西曰、求爾與我言、我聽之、願天主不與我言、恐我死亡、

今日爾認主為爾之天主、言必行其道、守其律例誡命法度、主今日認爾為己之民、循其所許爾、欲爾守其一切誡命、使爾得聲名尊貴榮耀、超乎所造萬民之上、使爾為聖民於主爾之天主前、循其所許、

民對約書亞曰、我願崇事主我之天主、聽從其言、

其餘之民、祭司、利未人、守門者、謳歌者、殿役、及凡與異邦人絕交從天主律法者、並其妻其子女、凡有知識能明者、

請爾近前、聽主我之天主所言、爾以主我之天主所諭爾之言傳於我、我必聽從遵行、爾告我此言、主悉聞之、主諭我曰、斯民所言與爾者我聞之、所言甚善、願其常存此心畏我、恆守我諸誡命、則可與子孫永遠得福、
