He brought Moses’ wife and two sons with him, and they arrived while Moses and the people were camped near the mountain of God.

Then Shecaniah son of Jehiel, a descendant of Elam, said to Ezra,“ We have been unfaithful to our God, for we have married these pagan women of the land. But in spite of this there is hope for Israel.

The eye can never say to the hand,“ I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet,“ I don’t need you.”
