又在山上献祭，请众弟兄吃饭。饭后，他们一同在山上过夜。

以撒在那里筑了一座坛求告耶和华，并且在那里搭起帐篷住下来。他的仆人又在那里挖了一口井。

你们不能又喝主的杯又喝鬼魔的杯，不能又吃主的圣餐又吃祭鬼魔的食物。

宴会的日子结束后，约伯便派人召来他的儿女，为他们行洁净礼。他清早起来，为他们每个人献上燔祭，因为他想：“也许我的孩子们犯了罪，心中亵渎了上帝。”约伯常常这样做。

你们看以色列人，那些吃祭物的难道不是有份于祭坛吗？

“以下是向耶和华献平安祭的条例。“如果有人为感谢耶和华而献平安祭，除了献祭牲以外，要一同献上调油的无酵饼、涂油的无酵薄饼及调油的细面饼，也要一同献上有酵饼。他要从每种饼中各取一个，作为举祭献给耶和华。举祭归洒平安祭祭牲血的祭司。至于祭牲的肉，要在献祭的当天吃完，不可留到次日早晨。如果是自愿献的或为了还愿而献的祭物，要在当天吃祭肉，剩下的可以留到第二天吃。但到第三天，必须烧掉剩下的祭肉。

有个安息日，耶稣到一位法利赛人的首领家里作客，人们密切地监视祂。

大卫说：“你不用害怕，我要因为和你父亲约拿单的情义而恩待你。我要把你祖父扫罗所有的田地归还给你，你要常与我同席吃饭。”

所以，你们或吃或喝，无论做什么，都要为上帝的荣耀而做。

现在你们要取七头公牛和七只公羊，到我仆人约伯那里，为自己献上燔祭，因为你们对我的议论不如我仆人约伯说的有理。我仆人约伯会为你们祷告，我会悦纳他的祷告，不按你们的愚妄惩罚你们。”

又要献上平安祭，在祂面前吃喝快乐。

次日，他们向耶和华献祭。他们代表全以色列献上一千头公牛、一千只公绵羊、一千只羊羔作燔祭，同时还献上奠祭及许多其他祭。那一天，他们在耶和华面前欢欢喜喜地吃喝。他们再次拥立大卫的儿子所罗门做王，在耶和华面前膏立他做首领，又膏立撒督做祭司。

希西迦慰劳所有善于事奉耶和华的利未人。于是，众人欢宴过节七天，又献上平安祭，称谢他们祖先的上帝耶和华。

同席的一个客人听了这番话，就对耶稣说：“能够在上帝的国坐席的人多么有福啊！”

期间没有吃过美味，没有尝过酒肉，没有抹过膏油。

亚伯也把羊群中头生的羊及其最肥美的部分献给耶和华。耶和华悦纳亚伯和他的祭物，

挪亚为耶和华筑了一座坛，在上面焚烧各种洁净的牲畜和飞鸟作为燔祭。

他们知道要在那里吃午餐，就预备好礼物，等约瑟中午回来。

约伯的兄弟姊妹和从前的朋友都来探望他，在他家里一同吃饭，为他遭受耶和华所降的种种灾难而安抚、慰问他。他们每人送他一块银子和一个金环。
