I will stand there before you by the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it for the people to drink.” So Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.

I will stand there in front of you by the rock at Mount Horeb. Hit the rock. Then water will come out of it for the people to drink.” So Moses hit the rock while the elders of Israel watched.

都喝过同样的灵水，因为他们从那与他们同行的属灵磐石中得水喝，那磐石就是基督。

摩西遵命而行，从耶和华面前取了杖，然后和亚伦把会众招聚到磐石前，说：“你们这些叛逆之徒听着，非要我们叫磐石给你们流出水来吗？”接着，摩西举起手中的杖击打磐石两下，水便喷涌而出，会众和牲畜都喝了。

祂使磐石裂开、涌出水来，在干旱之地奔流成河。

因为祂使磐石变成水池，使岩石涌出泉水。

他们饿了，你赐下天粮给他们吃；他们渴了，你使磐石流出水给他们喝。你吩咐他们去占领你起誓赐给他们的土地。

圣灵和新娘都说：“来吧！”听见的也要说：“来吧！”口渴的，让他来吧！愿意的，让他白白享用生命水吧！

带领你们走过干旱、可怕、毒蛇和蝎子出没的大旷野。祂使坚硬的磐石流出水来给你们喝，

节期最后一天，也是整个节期的高潮，耶稣站起来高声说：“人若渴了，可以到我这里来喝。正如圣经所言，信我的人，‘从他里面要流出活水的江河来’。”

祂在旷野劈开磐石，供应他们丰沛的水源。祂使水从磐石中滚滚流出，如滔滔江河。

耶稣回答说：“要是你知道上帝的恩赐，又知道向你要水喝的是谁，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水给你了。”

祂击打磐石，水就涌出，流淌成河，但祂能赐给我们——祂的子民食物和肉吗？”

但是喝了我所赐的活水，永远不会再渴。我所赐的水要在他里面成为生命的泉源，涌流不息，直到永生。”

耶和华带领他们经过沙漠，他们也不会口渴。为了他们，祂使水从磐石中流出，祂使磐石裂开、涌出水来。

有一条河给上帝的城——至高者的圣所带来喜乐。

亚伦对以色列全体会众说话的时候，他们向旷野远望，果然看见耶和华的荣光在云彩中显现。

看啊，我要行一件新事，这事现在就要发生，难道你们没有察觉吗？我要在旷野辟道路，在沙漠开江河。旷野的走兽必尊崇我，其中有豺狼和鸵鸟，因为我使旷野有甘泉，使沙漠有江河，供我拣选的子民饮用。

摩西为岳父米甸祭司叶忒罗放羊。一天他领着羊群穿越旷野，来到上帝的山——何烈山。忽然有耶和华的天使在荆棘里的火焰中向他显现。摩西看见荆棘虽然在燃烧，却没有被烧毁。摩西想：“我要过去看这个奇异的景象，荆棘为什么没有被烧掉呢？”耶和华上帝见他要上前观看，就从荆棘丛中呼唤他说：“摩西！摩西！”摩西说：“我在这里。”上帝说：“别再靠近，脱下你脚上的鞋子，因为你所站的地方是圣地。”

“贫穷困苦的人找不到水喝，他们口干舌燥。但我耶和华必应允他们的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不会撇弃他们。我要使光秃的山岭上江河奔流，山谷中泉水涌流；我要使沙漠变成水塘，使干地冒出泉水。
