耶和華對摩西說：「你要把這事記錄在書上作紀念，又念給約書亞聽：我要把亞瑪力的名字從天下全然塗去。」

耶和華對摩西說：「我要將亞瑪力的名號從天下全然塗抹了；你要將這話寫在書上作紀念，又念給約書亞聽。」

耶和華對摩西說：「你要把這事記錄在書上作紀念，又念給約書亞聽：我要把亞瑪力的名字從天下全然塗去。」

耶和華對摩西說：「我要抹去世人對亞瑪力人的記憶。你要把這話記在書卷上作紀念，也要把這話告訴約書亞。」

耶和華對摩西說：“我要把亞瑪力的名號從天下完全抹掉；你要把話寫在書上作記念，也要告訴約書亞。”

永恆主對摩西說：『我要將亞瑪力這名號從天下全塗抹掉：你要將這話寫在卷冊上做備忘錄，又念給約書亞聽。』

耶和華諭摩西曰、我將塗亞瑪力之誌於天下、當筆之於簡、誦之於約書亞耳、

耶和華諭摩西曰、我將滅亞馬力族於天下、當載於簡、口誦之、俾約書亞聽聞。

主諭摩西曰、我必從天下除滅亞瑪力人之名、爾當筆之於書以為誌、口誦使約書亞聞之、

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ This is something to be remembered. So write it on a scroll. Make sure Joshua knows you have done it. I will completely erase the memory of the Amalekites from the earth.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Write this as a memorial in a book and recite it in the ears of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”

After the victory, the Lord instructed Moses,“ Write this down on a scroll as a permanent reminder, and read it aloud to Joshua: I will erase the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”

The LORD then said to Moses,“ Write this down on a scroll as a reminder and recite it to Joshua: I will completely blot out the memory of Amalek under heaven.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Write this in a book as a memorial and recite it to Joshua, that I will utterly wipe out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.”

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

The Lord then said to Moses,“ Write this down on a scroll as a reminder and recite it to Joshua: I will completely blot out the memory of Amalek under heaven.”

And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this[ for] a memorial in a book, and rehearse[ it] in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

The LORD said to Moses,“ Write this as a memorial in the book, and rehearse it in Joshua’s hearing; for I will surely wipe out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under the sky.”

大衛擊殺他們，從黎明直到次日晚上，除了四百個騎駱駝逃走的青年之外，一個也沒有逃脫。

耶和華對摩西說：「你要將這些話寫上，因為我按這話與你和以色列人立約。」

第三日，大衛和他的人到了洗革拉。亞瑪力人已經侵奪尼革夫和洗革拉。他們攻破洗革拉，用火焚燒。

巴蘭看見亞瑪力人，就唱起詩歌說：「亞瑪力是諸國之首，但它終必永遠沉淪。」

就是從亞蘭、摩押、亞捫人、非利士人、亞瑪力人，以及從利合的兒子瑣巴王哈大底謝所掠之物。

「你們要記念這日，世世代代守這日為耶和華的節日，作為你們永遠的定例。

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作紀念，使耶和華的教導常在你口中，因為耶和華用大能的手將你從埃及領出來。

「你要曉諭撒拉鐵的兒子猶大省長所羅巴伯、約撒答的兒子約書亞大祭司，和所有倖存的百姓，說：『你們中間存留的，有誰見過這殿從前的榮耀呢？現在你們看如何？在你們眼中豈不是如同無有嗎？

掃羅攻打亞瑪力人，從哈腓拉直到埃及東邊的書珥，生擒了亞瑪力王亞甲，用刀殺盡亞瑪力的眾百姓。

摩西遵照耶和華的指示記錄他們每段行程的起點，這些行程的起點如下：

你們就對他們說：『這是因為約旦河的水在耶和華的約櫃前中斷；約櫃過約旦河的時候，約旦河的水就中斷了。這些石頭要作以色列人永遠的紀念。』」

義人的稱號帶來祝福；惡人的名字必然敗壞。

耶和華差遣你，吩咐你說：『你去除滅那些犯罪的亞瑪力人，攻打他們，直到把他們完全滅盡。』

摩西將耶和華一切的命令都寫下來。他清早起來，在山腳築了一座壇，按着以色列十二支派立了十二根石柱。

摩西寫下這律法，交給抬耶和華約櫃的利未人祭司和以色列的眾長老。

我們豈可再違背你的誡命，與行這些可憎之事的民族結親呢？若我們這樣行，你豈不向我們發怒，將我們滅絕，以致沒有一個餘民或殘存之民嗎？

仇敵到了盡頭；他們遭毀壞，直到永遠。你拆毀他們的城鎮，連他們的名字也都消滅！

他的稱號從地上消失，他的名字不在街上存留。

掃羅死後，大衛擊殺亞瑪力人回來，在洗革拉住了兩天。

他們殺了亞瑪力剩下的殘存之民，就住在那裏，直到今日。

「惟願我的言語現在就寫上，都記錄在書上；

他問我說：『你是甚麼人？』我說：『我是亞瑪力人。』他對我說：『請你站到我這裏來，把我殺死，因為我非常痛苦，只剩下一口氣。』我就站到他那裏，殺了他，因為我知道他一倒下就活不了。然後，我把他頭上的冠冕和臂上的鐲子拿到我主這裏來。」大衛就抓着自己的衣服，把衣服撕裂，所有跟隨他的人也都如此。他們為掃羅和他兒子約拿單，以及耶和華的百姓和以色列家的人悲哀哭泣，禁食到晚上，因為他們都倒在刀下。大衛問報信的青年說：「你是哪裏人？」他說：「我是一個寄居者的兒子，是亞瑪力人。」大衛對他說：「你動手殺害耶和華的受膏者，怎麼不畏懼呢？」大衛叫了一個僕人來，說：「來，殺了他！」僕人擊殺他，他就死了。大衛對他說：「你的血歸到你自己頭上，因為你親口作證控訴自己，說：『我殺了耶和華的受膏者。』」

大衛和他的人上去，侵奪基述人、基色人、亞瑪力人，這些是從帖蘭經過書珥直到埃及地的居民。大衛攻擊那地，無論男女沒有留下一個活口，又奪獲牛、羊、驢、駱駝和衣服，回來到亞吉那裏。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：『以色列人從埃及上來的時候，在路上亞瑪力人怎樣待他們，怎樣抵擋他們，我都要懲罰。現在你要去攻打亞瑪力人，滅盡他們所有的，不可憐惜他們，將男女、孩童、吃奶的，以及牛、羊、駱駝和驢全都殺死。』」

「你要記得你們出埃及的時候，亞瑪力在路上怎樣對待你，在路上迎擊你，趁你疲乏困倦時擊殺所有在你後面軟弱的人；並不敬畏神。所以，當耶和華－你的神使你不被四圍一切仇敵擾亂，在耶和華－你神賜你為業的地上得享平靜的時候，你要把亞瑪力的名從天下塗去；你不可忘記這事。」
