When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up— one on one side, one on the other— so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

When Moses’ arms got tired, Aaron and Hur got a stone and put it under him. Then he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands. Aaron was on one side, and Hur was on the other. Moses’ hands remained steady until sunset.

But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset.

你们要坚固无力的手，稳固摇动的膝。

弟兄们，请为我们祷告。

因为我知道，藉着你们的祈求和耶稣基督的灵的帮助，我一定会得到释放。

请你们一同用祷告支持我们，好使许多人为着我们所蒙的恩献上感谢。这恩是藉着许多人的代求而得到的。

拔出矛枪战斧，迎击那些追赶我的；求你对我说：“我是你的拯救。”

耶稣回来，看见门徒睡着了，就对彼得说：“西门，你睡觉吗？你连一个小时也不能警醒吗？应当警醒、祷告，免得陷入试探；你们心灵虽然愿意，肉体却是软弱的。”耶稣又去祷告，说的也是同样的话。他再回来的时候，看见门徒睡着了；因为他们十分疲倦，不知道该怎样回答他。

所以，你们要把下垂的手和发软的腿挺直起来；

耶稣回到门徒那里，看见他们都睡着了，就对彼得说：“你们连一个小时也不能同我警醒吗？应当警醒、祷告，免得陷入试探；你们心灵虽然愿意，肉体却是软弱的。”他又再次走开，祷告说：“我的父啊！如果这杯不能离开我，一定要我喝，就愿你的旨意成全。”他再回来的时候，看见门徒睡着了，因为他们十分疲倦。他又离开他们，第三次去祷告，说的也是同样的话。然后，他回到门徒那里，对他们说：“你们还在睡觉休息吗？看哪，时候到了，人子要被交在罪人的手里了。

可是，他应该凭着信心祈求，不要有疑惑；因为疑惑的人，就像被风吹荡翻腾的海浪。

藉着各样的祷告和祈求，随时在圣灵里祈祷，并且要在这事上恒久警醒，为众圣徒祈求。

你们要恒切祷告，在祷告的时候存着感恩的心警醒；
