When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up— one on one side, one on the other— so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

When Moses’ arms got tired, Aaron and Hur got a stone and put it under him. Then he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands. Aaron was on one side, and Hur was on the other. Moses’ hands remained steady until sunset.

But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset.

你们要使软弱的人强壮，使双腿无力的人站稳。

弟兄姊妹，请为我们祷告。

因为我知道，借着你们的祷告和耶稣基督之灵的帮助，我终会得到释放。

你们也要用祈祷帮助我们，使恩典借着许多人的祷告临到我们，众人便因此而为我们感恩。

举起矛枪攻击追赶我的人。求你对我说：“我是你的拯救。”

祂回来，见他们都睡着了，就对彼得说：“西门，你在睡觉吗？你不能警醒一时吗？你们要警醒祷告，免得陷入诱惑。你们的心灵虽然愿意，肉体却很软弱。”耶稣又去祷告，所祈求的跟上次一样。祂回来时见他们又睡着了，因为他们困得眼皮发沉，也不知道对祂说什么。

所以，你们要举起下垂的手，挺直发酸的腿，

耶稣回到三个门徒那里，见他们都睡着了，就对彼得说：“难道你们不能跟我一同警醒一时吗？你们要警醒祷告，免得陷入诱惑。你们的心灵虽然愿意，肉体却很软弱。”祂第二次去祷告说：“我父啊！如果我非喝此杯不可，愿你的旨意成就。”祂回来时见他们又睡着了，因为他们困得眼皮发沉。耶稣再次离开他们，第三次去祷告，说的是同样的话。然后，祂回到门徒那里，对他们说：“你们还在睡觉，还在休息吗？看啊！时候到了，人子要被出卖，交在罪人手里了。

但他要凭信心毫不疑惑地祈求，因为疑惑的人三心二意，行事为人没有定见，就像海上随风翻腾的波涛，这种人从主那里什么也得不到。

要靠着圣灵随时多方祷告和祈求，警醒不怠地为众圣徒祷告。

你们要以感恩和警醒的心恒切祷告。
