Moses was very angry, and he said to the LORD,“ Have no respect for their offering! I have not taken so much as one donkey from them, nor have I harmed any one of them!”

Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have, for he has said,“ I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”

But when Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them,“ Let the little children come to me and do not try to stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on the cause of your anger.

After looking around at them in anger, grieved by the hardness of their hearts, he said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.

Your riches have rotted and your clothing has become moth- eaten.Your gold and silver have rusted and their rust will be a witness against you. It will consume your flesh like fire. It is in the last days that you have hoarded treasure!
