敌人说，‘追啊，追上他们，瓜分他们的财物，尽情地掳掠他们，拔出刀来把他们斩尽杀绝。’

仇敌说：‘我要追赶，我要追上，我要均分掳物；我要在他们身上得到满足；我要拔出刀来，亲手赶绝他们。’

仇敵說：『我要追趕，我要追上，我要分擄物，在他們身上滿足我的心願，我要拔刀，親手毀滅他們。』

仇敵說：『我要追趕，我要追上，我要分擄物，在他們身上滿足我的心願，我要拔刀，親手毀滅他們。』

敵人說，『追啊，追上他們，瓜分他們的財物，盡情地擄掠他們，拔出刀來把他們斬盡殺絕。』

仇敵說：‘我要追趕，我要追上，我要均分擄物；我要在他們身上得到滿足；我要拔出刀來，親手趕絕他們。’

仇敵說：「我要追趕，我要趕上；我要分擄物；我要拿住他們，來滿足心願。我要拔出刀來，親手趕滅他們。」

敵云、我將追之、且必及之、分其財物、以厭我心、拔我刀劍、手殲厥眾、

彼敵有言、必追而及、分其貨財、以快我心、出我鋒刃、手殲厥眾。

仇敵曾言我將追之、追而及、分得擄物、遂我心願、拔出我刀、以手翦滅、

The enemy boasted,‘ I will pursue, I will overtake them. I will divide the spoils; I will gorge myself on them. I will draw my sword and my hand will destroy them.’

“ Your enemies bragged,‘ We will chase Israel and will catch them. We’ll divide up what we take from them. We’ll eat them alive. We’ll pull our swords out. Our powerful hands will destroy them.’

The enemy said,‘ I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil, my desire shall have its fill of them. I will draw my sword; my hand shall destroy them.’

所以，我要使他與位大的同分，與強盛的均分擄物。因為他將命傾倒，以致於死；他也被列在罪犯之中。他卻擔當多人的罪，又為罪犯代求。

他們莫非得財而分？每人得了一兩個女子？西西拉得了彩衣為擄物，得繡花的彩衣為掠物。這彩衣兩面繡花，乃是披在被擄之人頸項上的。

但有一個比他更壯的來，勝過他，就奪去他所倚靠的盔甲兵器，又分了他的贓。

有人告訴埃及王說：「百姓逃跑。」法老和他的臣僕就向百姓變心，說：「我們容以色列人去，不再服事我們，這做的是甚麼事呢？」

便雅憫是個撕掠的狼，早晨要吃他所抓的，晚上要分他所奪的。」

你用敵人的戈矛刺透他戰士的頭；他們來如旋風，要將我們分散。他們所喜愛的是暗中吞吃貧民。

這些國的神有誰曾救自己的國脫離我的手呢？難道耶和華能救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎？』」

他說：我的臣僕豈不都是王嗎？迦勒挪豈不像迦基米施嗎？哈馬豈不像亞珥拔嗎？撒馬利亞豈不像大馬士革嗎？我手已經搆到有偶像的國；這些國雕刻的偶像過於耶路撒冷和撒馬利亞的偶像。我怎樣待撒馬利亞和其中的偶像，豈不照樣待耶路撒冷和其中的偶像嗎？主在錫安山和耶路撒冷成就他一切工作的時候，主說：「我必罰亞述王自大的心和他高傲眼目的榮耀。」因為他說：我所成就的事是靠我手的能力和我的智慧，我本有聰明。我挪移列國的地界，搶奪他們所積蓄的財寶；並且我像勇士，使坐寶座的降為卑。

耶洗別就差遣人去見以利亞，告訴他說：「明日約在這時候，我若不使你的性命像那些人的性命一樣，願神明重重地降罰與我。」

便‧哈達又差遣人去見亞哈說：「撒馬利亞的塵土若夠跟從我的人每人捧一捧的，願神明重重地降罰與我！」

耶和華使埃及王法老的心剛硬，他就追趕以色列人，因為以色列人是昂然無懼地出埃及。埃及人追趕他們，法老一切的馬匹、車輛、馬兵，與軍兵就在海邊上，靠近比‧哈希錄，對着巴力‧洗分，在他們安營的地方追上了。
