無不驚駭、爾施厥能敵不敢動、屹然如石、待耶和華所得之民經其地。

求你眷顾你在古时所救赎的子民，你拣选为产业的族类，求你眷顾你所居住的锡安山。

“我知道耶和华已经把这地方赐给你们，我们十分害怕。这里所有的居民都吓得胆战心惊。

从今天起，我要使天下万民在你面前惊恐万状，一听到你的名字就吓得发抖。’

次日清晨，拿八酒醒以后，他妻子把发生的一切告诉他，他吓得昏死过去，身体僵硬如石。

所到之处无人能抵挡你们，因为你们的上帝耶和华会使那些地方的人对你们充满惧怕，正如祂对你们的应许。

主耶稣为我们牺牲自己，要救赎我们脱离一切罪恶，并洁净我们，使我们做祂的子民，成为热心行善的人。

耶和华必拯救雅各的子孙，从强敌手中救出他们。

以往曾经有假先知在百姓中出现，将来在你们中间也同样会有假教师出现。他们暗地里引进使人沉沦的异端邪说，甚至否认那位买赎他们的主。这些人正迅速地自招灭亡。

但你们是蒙拣选的族群，是君尊的祭司，是圣洁的国度，是上帝的子民，因此你们可以宣扬上帝的美德。祂曾呼召你们离开黑暗，进入祂奇妙的光明。

祂保护祂的圣民，使恶人在黑暗中灭亡，因为得胜不是靠人的勇力。

但在以色列人中，连狗也不会向人或牲畜吠叫，这样你们就知道耶和华将把埃及人和以色列人分开。

现在，倘若你们认真听从我的话，遵守我的约，就必在万民中做我的子民，因为普天下都是我的。你们要归于我，作祭司之国、圣洁之邦。这些话你要告诉以色列人。’”

难道不是你使海洋和深渊干涸，在海中开出道路让蒙救赎的人穿过的吗？

但以色列人属于耶和华，雅各是祂的产业。

世上哪个民族比得上你的以色列子民呢？你从埃及救出他们，让他们做你的子民，又彰显你的大名，行神迹奇事，把列国及其神明从你的以色列子民面前赶走。

雅各啊，以色列啊，创造你、使你成形的耶和华说：“不要害怕，我已经救赎了你；我点名呼召了你，你属于我。你穿越洪涛，我必与你同在；你渡过江河，必不会被水淹没；你在火中走过，必不会被烧伤，火焰不会烧到你身上。因为我是你的上帝耶和华，是以色列的圣者，是你的救主。我用埃及作你的赎价，使古实和西巴代替你。

你们要为自己，也要为教会的群羊警醒，因为圣灵已经任命你们做群羊的监督，牧养上帝的教会。教会是主用自己的血赎回来的。

你所到之处，我必使那里的人惶恐不安，使你一切的仇敌都在你面前转身逃跑。

愚昧无知的人啊，你们就这样报答耶和华吗？祂是你们的父，你们的创造主，祂创造了你们，塑造了你们。
