Pharaoh will think,‘ The Israelites are wandering around the land in confusion, hemmed in by the desert.’

Pharaoh will think,‘ The Israelites are wandering around the land. They don’t know which way to go. The desert is all around them.’

For Pharaoh will say of the people of Israel,‘ They are wandering in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.’

Then Pharaoh will think,‘ The Israelites are confused. They are trapped in the wilderness!’

Pharaoh will say of the Israelites: They are wandering around the land in confusion; the wilderness has boxed them in.

For Pharaoh will say of the sons of Israel,‘ They are wandering aimlessly in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.’

“主耶和华如此说：那时，你的心必起意念，图谋恶计，说：‘我要上那无墙的乡村之地，到那安静的居民那里，他们无墙，无门、无闩，安然居住。

耶和华啊，我舌头上的话，你没有一句不知道的。

我听见许多的毁谤，四围都是惊吓；连我知己朋友都看着我跌倒：“告他吧，我们要告他！或者他被引诱，我们就能胜他，在他身上报仇。”然而，耶和华与我同在，好像可怕的勇士。因此，迫害我的都绊跌，不能得胜；他们大大蒙羞，由于行事没有智慧，必永远受那不能忘怀的羞辱。

有人告诉迦萨人说：“参孙到这里来了！”他们就包围起来，整夜在城门埋伏等着他。他们整夜静悄悄地，说：“等到天一亮我们就杀他。”

当许多祸患灾难临到他们的时候，这首歌必在他们面前作见证，因为他们后裔的口必吟诵不忘。我未领他们到我所起誓应许之地以先，他们所怀的意念我都知道了。”

做了你手和你旨意所预定必成就的事。

有人告诉扫罗，大卫到了基伊拉。扫罗说：“上帝将他交在我手里了，因为他进了有门有闩的城，把自己关起来了。”

我要使法老的心固执，我也要在埃及地多行神迹奇事。法老必不听从你们，因此我要伸手严厉地惩罚埃及，把我的军队，就是我的百姓以色列人从埃及地领出来。

说：“上帝已经离弃他；你们去追赶他，捉拿他吧！因为没有人搭救。”
